The itinerary was good, carriage and horse (strawberry) clean and comfortable. However, Matt, from Turkey, was a disaster… First, he arrived late and we departed at 11.36am instead of 11.30. Second, he did not wear the VIP Traditional uniform with the hat. Then he was absolutely not friendly (never smiled nor had good anecdotic words…). He did not offer to stop anywhere but once at the fountain, which obviously shortened the tour from 50 to 40 minutes (as he started also later than foreseen and had other customers waiting). He did not get any tips for his poor services and bad humour.

We had the best time! Oscar and Strawberry were great tour guides! We saw so much of Central Park, and had our pictures taken in a few places.
There are so many horse and carriage drivers, but Oscar called us by name. We knew we were on the correct ride.

Matt our driver was amazing. The whole experience was great! He was very attentive and knowledgeable. Strawberry, our house, was beautiful. The photo package is definitely worth it!

Was unable to make tour had originally booked for 7pm. Day before was texted that last tour would be 530pm. Had a prior tour that was 6hrs and ran behind.
This the reason I had originally booked for 7pm.

Booked a set time and received confirmation for that time. When we arrived just before our designated time I received a message saying that they couldn’t take us until an hour and a half later. We already had plans so we booked elsewhere and then found out our original booked time was given to someone else. We are supposed to get a refund but have yet received anything.

Overall experience was good, glad we did it, Oscar was a little disengaged and our ride was cut short by 10 minutes, Strawberry was awesome

Ride would be best to do on a warm day to enjoy the sunshine. Oscar was fun and fully engaged. It’s shorter if you don’t stop for pictures as stated. We didn’t feed the horse carrots. Overall it was a good experience,

The carriage driver did not do anything to make the trip interesting for us. All he spoke about was movies that were filmed in Central Park. He did not share any information about New York or himself, and it was also very difficult to locate him.
