Capri Island in Private Luxury 40 feet Speedboat from Naples

This was our second time working with MONDo on a private boat excursion out of Naples. In both instances with a large family group and numerous boats the first time or with our just four of us, as was the case of our last visit to Capri, I can honestly say that the experiences with MONDO have been above all the most memorable. The team at MONDO and their local partners are all exceptional, professional and service-oriented... I work in the hospitality industry and have high expectations when booking a "luxury" anything... these guys are great and surpassed my expectations...

This was our second private tour with Mondo and can't say enough about Vincenzo and his team. We previously had a large party (20+) and rented three boats and did a day in Amalfi Coast - Positano. This year we booked a spur of the moment trip to Capri and we even though it was just our family of four ...we couldn't have been happier with the entire experience and so glad we did it. From the personal phone call to plan our special day to the extra details with private transportation and lunch reservations and wonderful tour guide (Luca was the Best!) and boat captain, Enrico.
We will cherish our memories and are already planning our next trip back.

Went with Rick Steves’ book recommendation on Mondo guides tour from Sorrento to Capri and were very pleased
Captain and crew were great. Obviously enjoy what they do. Blue grotto was closed, but had great day on Capri and afterwards circled the island to see some beautiful places. Recommend that when arriving on Capri, grab an open air taxi and head for Anacapri. It’s beautiful there and you will escape the crowds who seem to hang out near the marina.

We took a Med cruise and thought we would skip the shore excursions and opt for a more private experience. I’m so glad we did! I was a little nervous about not going with the ships recommendation and nervous about using accompany I had never heard of. But shortly in, we knew we had nothing to worry about. Mondo Guides are extremely professional and prompt. Instead of being packed in like sardines we got such an exclusive experience. Serena was our guide and she was just perfect. She knew everyone and was able to get us lots of little perks, like the perfect table overlooking the sea.

We cruised on our own boat through Capri, swam in the gorgeous blue sea, went through caves to see the famous “Grotto water”, visited the blue grotto, ate at Riccio, and ended in Anacapri where she gave us tips on her favorite boutiques. We all ended up with gorgeous handmade sandals & parfum made locally that smells like Capri.

It was just an all around wonderful experience. We made it back on time with time to spare. We didn’t want the day to end. It was my girls favorite day in Europe and our whole family adored Serena. I want to go back to Italy just to take another Mondo Guide tour!

Serena and Gennaro made this tour a Dream Come True!... the Boat was In Excellent condition and Serena was such an informative and Personable tour guide. She went above and beyond to make sure we Had a great trip!! If Your looking for a once In a lifetime tour this is the One! you wont be disappointed

Three of us took the boat around Capri Island and drove into the grottos and got to experience the beauty of the island and the Mediterranean. Our captain was easygoing and an excellent driver. Our guide, Serena, was with us on the boat, and then we got off we went to the top of the hill where we had a wonderful lunch. Actually, there was no seating available but because the people at the restaurant knew Serena, they made room for us. We then walked around the town and Serena showed us several churches she knew about. We parted ways with Serena after we arrived back in Sorrento. Because my husband has difficulty walking, Mondo Guide provided us with free transport from the dock to our nearby hotel. Mondo Guide will take care of you. Just tell them what you need and any limitations those in your party might have and they will make sure that everything is taken care of. So glad we went on this excursion with Mondo. Actually, it is the only guide and transport (to and from the airport) company that we now use when we are in Sorrento after having tried a different excursion company that turned out to be a disaster. Mondo has never once failed us even when we contact them last minute they always do their best to make whatever we are requesting happen.

We visited Naples 3 days ago and had a fantastic tour with Mondo Guides. We experienced the speedboat from Naples to Capri (did the Blue Grotto and around the island), Positano, and swimming off some little islands. Our guide, Patty, was absolutely fantastic! She was very professional yet fun (especially with my grown kids & spouses). My family and I enjoyed having her join us for lunch in Positano where she entertained us with her stories of Italy. The tour was a little expensive but WORTH EVERY PENNY!
