We had the best evening with a relaxing and romantic dinner in the moonlight. We left Sorrento and were taken to the restaurant where we had booked. Before the trip, we were offered a delicious aperitif with prosecco on the boat. The dinner by candlelight was delicious and we had a spectacular view. The boat waited for us at the buoys of the restaurant and the service was great, the skipper and the helper were punctual and very kind and allowed us to live a perfect evening

Horribly disappointed after waiting 30 years for this experience and expecting the itinerary that is shown on the map on the tour page. First of all, there is nobody to greet you at the dock (as claimed)- after asking us to be an hour early, we had to walk up and down with our bags to finally find the boat. The map sent to us was incorrect.
We were asked to arrive an hour early (8am) to accommodate a family on a cruise ship who showed up over an hour late so we left 10:20. So our "9 hour tour" that claims several stops on an itinerary only went for only 7 hours and only does THREE of the stops agreed upon? (when you pay for 4 people it's a lot of money!) They claim 4 hours on Capri?!?! NOPE we didn’t even leave enough time to eat lunch with 1.5 hours in the height of season.
THIS ITINERARY is FALSE! (Blue grotto? didn't expect to go in but NEVER passed by it - never saw it)

We rode from Naples towards Capri, never went into a single cove, pulled up to white grotto for 3 minute picture, anchored to swim (lovely), went back the way we came to dock for 1.5 hours and then back in horrible conditions where crew (who were super nice) had very little experience in waves) Alarms for the engine were going off and we were terrified. We all go SOAKED and sick and then were asked to quickly disembark (no goodbye whatsoever) since they didn't have a slip in Naples.
We contacted them and Viator for a partial refund and explanation and received nothing. Super disappointing to travel all that way for the trip of a lifetime and to see that whole island and never got to.

This was my sister and I first time visiting Italy and we heard good things about the boat trip so we decided to give it a go. It was the greatest experience of our life , the most beautiful water we have ever seen and scenery was just breathtaking. Capri was something out of a magazine!
The boat stuff was very sweet and made us feel safe being out on the water . They also speak English so that helped us a lot to better understand our trip. It was the trip of a lifetime and we can’t wait to go back with our families and children .I’m so mad we left our phones back at the hotel so we didn’t have any pictures

My family and I visited Italy and wanted to go out onto the water . We found this company and booked with them after reading some online reviews . We are so glad we did . My two kids ( 6 & 4 ) love the water so they were so excited to go on a boat. We took a tour and had a great time! This was my husbands first time in Italy so we wanted to do something special. The boat staff were incredible. They were extremely nice , welcoming , respectful and knowledgeable. I was nervous brining my young kids on the boat but the staff made us feel so safe and they were also very Covid safe, wiping down the surfaces and equipment that we used . I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience, they offer so many great packages !

Wow ! What an experience my husband and I had during our trip in the summer ( we visited from America) . I have never been on a boat before so I didn’t know what to expect . It was just a great experience! The boat itself was gorgeous, it had all accommodations we needed . The staff was excellent! They made sure we understood everything , they explained the places we were seeing , they were funny , kind , respectful and made us feel very safe on the water. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for fun in the water ( different activities) and exploring . They were absolutely awesome!! My husband and I can not wait to go back and book another boat ride with them . You will not be disappointed I promise you .
