Day 1
Start your safari in Cape Town with welcome refreshments upon arrival. Take advantage of this welcome and plan your trip to the Klein Karoo wine region and the Ceres fruit-growing area.
Go on a sightseeing safari and relax by the pool or in front of the fireplace. Lunch under the trees outside or in the boma style restaurant. Then head out for an exciting early evening and meet big cats on a bush safari at sunset. Enjoy the palpable tension of this adventure. Finally, complete this long safari tour with a hearty 5-course dinner.
Overnight in a guesthouse
Day 2
Enjoy your breakfast the next morning with coffee or tea. Fill up with energy and set off on a 2-hour trip in a 4x4 without a roof so that you can observe the animals without being disturbed. Enjoy lunch under the trees or in the boma style restaurant and return to Cape Town via the Huguenot tunnel.

The accommodations, meals and staff were all excellent. The game driver was not trained and did a very poor job while on the drive. She was watching a large giraffe and failed to notice a large male elephant that was very agitated by the jeep. He started charging us and got less than 10 feet before she saw him and speeded off, The elephant chased us for a mile and she was throwing all of us around. I actually hit my head on the top bar twice. The management is investigating to ensure this does not happen again. We did see the big 5.

The two excursions to see the wildlife was well worth the visit. The guide appeared to be knowledgeable and patient at times. The accommodations were very nice and the staff was courteous and helpful.

Great cottage, quiet location, friendly and helpful staff. Safari was super, we saw tons of animals including elephants, lions, rhinos and much much more. The terrain was very dry with virtually no trees. The critters didn't seem to mind. The lions, cheetahs and elephants were kept in separate enclosures. Our guide Cherene was exceptional! The Star Gazing event was a bust because of the full moon. Peaceful facility and meals were excellent.
