It was a very easy pick-up. My driver met me with a sign right outside of customs/baggage claim. It was an easy drive to my flat.

Great driver. Smooth trip to hotel. Just expensive compared to using Uber. Next time I will use Uber.

We arrived approximately 1 hour early and yet our driver was waiting at the exit for us. He was as surprised as we were that we arrived so early! But it was great to have someone ready and he provided good tips for our trip on the drive in. Highly recommend!

Stanley was great! He offered us such a warm welcome to South Africa and provided us with many tips about Cape Town and the surrounding area. He had to deal with the most horrible traffic due to New Years Eve, but despite all of that he got us to our destination and with a smile. Thank you, Stanley!

What you expect for an airport transfer are 1) courteous driver; 2) waiting for you upon arrival (we had an 8 AM arrival); 3) a clean car; and 4) no surprises. It hit on all four.
