Nick our tour guide was excellent! Witty and knowledgeable about our excursion to Dover Castle, Cliffs of Dover and Canterbury. He and Bruce (our driver) took very good care of us during the trip.
Trivia challenge for whole group to participate in… a lot of fun.
Would highly recommend this tour.

It was a lovely trip. We've been lucky and had beutiful weather. Dover is truly medival castle, Canterbury is a pretty town with big and beautiful cathedral. Evething on trip is worth seeing.
Organisation was fine and our quide Eva was nice and funny. We enjoy the whole trip so much

It's ok if the bus is late to pick up and early to drop off but it's not ok if you're late by two minutes with someone there that vouchers that you'll be there. Drivers are rude and rush people they just so that they can get back to the drop off point early. Wouldn't recommend this tour or any other tour by Anderson tours UK. Additionally I don't recommend using Viator, they are happy to take your money but when there's an issue they claim they can't do anything to help you whether it's to get a refund or to contact the tour operator on your behalf. You're better off going to the attractions without using a subpar tour company such as vitar and Anderson tours UK.

The Dover Castle and the White Cliffs were the highlight of the tour. Ava, our guide, was great. She was personable and walked the perfect balance between guiding us and turning us loose, and she offered up perfect weather.

Enjoyed everything about the day! Ava was a great guide and hostess and George an excellent bus driver.
Our only complaint was with the drop off point - even though we had been picked up in Kensington we were dropped off by the London Bridge .

The castle and the cliffs of Dover.
Tour guide was excellent. Made up for the partial closure of the Canterbury cathedral by a walking tour of the town and free samples .
Acted like no big deal my getting lost and delaying everyone’s trip. At the castle; very gracious.
Enough time for exploring without being rushed at the different sites

The guides were very nice, professional and knowledgeable. The Cliffs of Dover wee beautiful, Canterbury was lovely and the cathedral was worth the trip.

Our Tour Director Nick was Amazing! He made sure we got to see everything there was to see at Dover Castle, the White Cliffs, Canterbury Cathedral and then he took us around the town on a walking tour where he shared more history of the buildings and surroundings. Nick is very informative, friendly and fun. He shared so much history with us that we are still talking aobut it days later. We had an incredible time thanks to him with lots of fun pictures to share with our friends. Many Thanks to Nick and Viator.

Tour was fantastic! Nick the guide was entertaining and knowledgeable! Driver/company needs to be more punctual. Was good 40 min late at pick up(bus stop) that i thought that they forgot about me. Had to call company etc. Not a good way to start the day. But stuff happens so no big deal. Would highly recommended.
