Me and two other friends booked this excursion well in advance and received confirmations the day before with pick-up time, details, etc. Upon the day of the excursion no one showed up to our resort to pick us up (*we did purchase the pick-up option*). No one responded to messages or calls and we were in the front of the hotel lobby well before the listed pick up time, which was 5:20 pm. We were all extremely excited to participate in this tour on Cinco de Mayo but were only met with disappointment as they did not follow through! Please book this with caution!! No communication!! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!

Very disappointed! We sat outside of our hotel for 30 minutes in the designated pick up spot, but the van never showed up. A few minutes after our designated pick up time, we were notified that the company initiated a refund. Poor communication. I tried calling the company multiple times but no one answered. I even replied to the confirmation message they sent to ask if the driver would arrive soon and received no answer.

Last minute cancellation! Not good!! Our excursion was cancelled two hours before pick-up. They only notified us through email that it was cancelled. They should be notifying you through text, or call. I’m on vacation and not checking my emails on a daily.

This is our third year taking the taco tour, and it did not disappoint. The shuttle arrived on time and our tour guide, Alex, did a great job. My son and I have celiac disease, and he went out of his way to get us a gluten free dessert.

So this experience was a 10 out of 10. G and Leo were amazing and full of knowledge. The tacos were soo delicious and I got sooo full, please go hungry! Highly recommend!

Today my wife and I are sick.

I don’t recommend this tour …. They sent an email confirming our pick up two days prior saying they will be picking us up 60-40 min prior the departure time . we was in the lobby way before that !
Tried to call the company, couldn’t send no email etc… THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AND WAS NO WAY TO GET OIT MONEY BACK . PLEASE DONT TAKE THIS TOUR ITS A SCAM

Diego is a very knowledgeable guide. Angel is very knowledgeable on the locations drop off and pick ups. Food is amazing and well curated. Not too little and not too much, capped with some time to shop or just sit around and relax. Well worth the money!

This was an amazing experience. E made the experience so fun, positive, and thoughtful. The tacos were amazing and fulfilling, the beers were refreshing. I would definitely recommend and planning on doing this again.

Best, most creative tacos I’ve ever had! Diego did a good job explaining everything and keeping everyone organized. Angel was a great driver. The night market was just OK. Good churros but typical selection of Mexican souvenirs. Fun night!
