Wanted to do a quick, simple parasail trip and this was perfect. Got scheduled same day, was close, easy to get to. Bought the video (though didn't need due to having the insta360) but got the video and some pics as expected next day by giving email. Nice little ride. So beautiful to see form above. Saw turtles below...cool1

Amazing team, they all spoke in english and were welcoming ! Myself & my husband loved every inch of our parasailing experience .Puma, (the boat crew) was exceptionably funny and comforting !!!

My husband and I booked this as an excursion 10/20/23. When I received confirmation, we proceeded by taxi to the meeting point that was listed as a google map pin drop. This ended up being the wrong address. We then had to get another taxi to the correct location. When we arrived no one was available for check in. There was workers present at a location next door that informed us “all of these excursions were canceled due to high winds”. It did not seem to be much winds at all and there were active parasailing activities we could visually see at that exact moment. We ended up having to walk back to our resort. I attempted many times to contact an attendant directly at the excursion company without success. I have also explained to viator with request for a refund with no answer other than they are reaching out to the excursion company. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN SERVICE

I used this service in Aug-2021 together with my 10 year old daughter. It was our first time doing parasailing. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. All staff were extremely helpful and cheerful, they explained the process really well. Everything was very smooth. I felt safe as they were preparing us for the flight. Multiple gear checks, about 10-12 minutes in the air. Boat taxi driver Arturo was real fun and courteous. I can't believe I had been so scared of this my entire life, but finally went for it. I didn't want to embarrass myself in front of my brave 10 year old daughter: she really wanted to do it, and I had to follow along. I can't wait to be back in Mexico and do parasailing with this company again. I highly recommend it!
