It is important to mention that only 18 years old and above are permitted to drive, if not, you need to share an ATV.

For the price you pay it was worth it but our tour guide Alan was a little rude and he told us 5$ USD wasn’t enough for a tip and we needed to give more. Mike the photographer was great and made the experience wonderful. All in all 1 bad apple spoiled the bunch because of Alan rude pushy attitude I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to chance getting him as your tour guide

The experience it self was great! Our host, Ebo was great and made the excursion 10x better. Everything was explained and we knew exactly what was happening next. The time goes by fast so there isn’t much downtime, which I enjoyed.
But be aware, the moment you are checked in, you’re offered deluxe package which is to be placed in a smaller groups, fast pass amenities, upgraded atv, etc. Then once you get past that you’re encouraged to purchase googles, facemask, etc. There is a lot of up selling.

Lalo was sooooo sweet and helpful. He was our guide and he did an amazing job encouraging me and my girls to be safe and have fun. It was so fun. Would recommend everyone comes to this tour such an amazing experience. The cenote was so nice and felt great jumping in the water. Super safe always. Thank you for showing us a good time. Transportation was on point and on time. They don’t give you time before to get water or snacks so come with it ready because it’s early things are still closed if you book the morning session. So be prepared.

The ATV was probably the best bit. Decent amount of time but it does get very dusty! Also single file only so can't go as fast as you wanted. Zip lines were fun but beware there are some tiny bridges you have to pass through the air. Cenote swimming was great fun going in through the zip line and jumping off. Tacos included at the end not great, no drink included either. Very expensive for the photos but worth it for the memories. Techila tasting was fun. The thing that really ruined the experience for us was being forced to give a tip. We didn't want to tip as we didn't have much cash and had spent a lot already on the excursion and photos but unfortunately Kevin's hosting skills went from amazing to bad from the forced tip.

We had the best time on this tour. I would have given 5 stars. The only issue we had was the ATVs. We were not stressed the importance of face mask and goggles for this event is a must. It's gravel trails and through the woods is very rough and you will breath dirt in and it gets all in your eyes. Otherwise we had a blast!
