The guides were great, I suggest to only upgrade to VIP because of the private cenote and longer atv/buggy ride and you also zip line before everyone. They will start selling you products and services as soon as you walk in, but honestly, you don’t need anything there. Yes, you’ll get muddy, but who cares, just show up in clothes you don’t care about getting dirty.

O (our guide) was fantastic. He was entertaining and efficient. Our youngest was the odd man in our family of 5 and O gladly took him along on the ATV trails. He was so good with the kids.

Not what we expected. Although everyone was nice, there was a lot of pushing for tips which we found rude. The ATVs were unsafe - no brakes?! No water available until the end, bathrooms were hard to find and use. It just felt dodgy and not well organized at all.

This was a fun excursion. The transport was right on time, however, after picking up three other groups of people at multiple locations and getting stuck in a traffic jam, we were 45 minutes late for our scheduled activity, this made the rest of the activities feel very rushed. All of the guides, workers were very friendly and they were doing a great job. Sometimes the communication was a little difficult with knowing where to go and when. We changed clothes twice and with only four changing rooms, it was hard to keep on their schedule. They did not want you to have your cell phone/camera with you on the activities, which made sense from a safety point of view. There was a photographer taking multiple pictures of every one in our group and they were available for purchase. The price was reasonable at less than $1 US per picture for professional quality digital photos. Heed the advice to bring a change of shoes, or wear shoes that can withstand being soaked with muddy water on the ATV portion and being rinsed off afterward. Be aware there is the opportunity to upgrade your package and purchase goggles and bandanas for the ATV experience. We did not, and did not regret that decision. We felt secure in the zip line equipment and the staff took care to make sure we were correctly tethered at all times. The Cenote was a highlight and we had ample time to enjoy the refreshing water. The included taco lunch was fine, there is additional food available for purchase. Make sure when you arrive, you get your provided bottle of water coupon. The tequila tasting was informative and fun. There were also unexpected educational moments about the Mayan culture along the way.

We had such a blast. Our guide was Alexis and our photographer was Diego. The photos I have posted were all taken by Diego. The photos are an extra fee though so keep that in mind. Alexis was so friendly and was always making sure we were having fun. God bless him. The cenote was the perfect cool off activity. The lunch wasn’t very heavy though especially after all that activity? They could do better in my opinion but that’s my only complaint. I would definitely recommend. I think it was worth the money.

This is one of the best tours I’ve been on. The staff and team were super professional and fun to work with it. The private VIP was even better at the private cenote. There was so much Good energy and love there. Also the tacos, the guacamole and salsa was everything. Definitely will be returning

The activities were decent. The food was bland. There was significant waiting in between activities. It seemed very disorganized. You are forced to pay for a locker and place your phone in it so that you are unable to take your own pictures. At the end, you are forced to look at your pictures that someone took on an iPhone. If you refuse to look at your pictures, then they will not contact your transportation driver to come pick you up. They held us hostage until everyone in our group looked at their pictures and bootleg video that they make in front of you within seconds from pictures someone took on an iPhone. These individuals are apart of a scam. Please do not book with them.

The excursion was cool. Our tour guide was named Alan he was funny Extreme is like a backyard playground in my opinion. At times you think this is super fun but then remember that its not so safe.
