In the beginning I felt very rushed and the constant trying to upsale was very off putting. Alan our tour guide was wonderful and patient with our group. I loved all the activities.

This excursion was fantastic! Shout out to Mona Lisa he was fun and very attentive to all the guests! Highly recommend! Good price, organized!

HORRIBLE. I got to the hotel meeting point at 12pm. The pick up time was at 12:35pm. Call their number and the lady on the phone claim that the bus came. I told her I didn’t see any cheetah bus. She told me that it’s a white van instead of a cheetah bus. They never send me a message on WhatsApp letting me know that they changed the bus. I told her I would like to reschedule for the next day. She told me it will be an additional $15 transportation fee in order for me to reschedule. DONT MAKE NO DAMN SENSE WHEN THE TOUR ALREADY INCLUDED A TRANSPORTATION. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY’RE SCAMMERS.

Allan was our adventure guide, he was great!!! My sisters and I had a blast!! You won’t regret it at all!! The Tequila tasting was very good, I bought a bottle to bring home! 10/10 Experience!!

I like the experience over all , it’s kind of what I expected , not well organized but not terrible either, one thing I have to say, if you decide to do this watch out for your personal items , me and a friend got our sunglasses stolen, we don’t know if this was part of the staff or other Turist , we had this group of 15 people but when we jumped at the cenote we put them near the stairs but when we got out of the water it was no longer there. So be very aware of your personal items because that can happen and no one will help you. Our guide guy Lalo said he was going to Ask the group if someone took it by accident but he never did it . So make your own conclusion and take the right measurements.

They picked me up from my hotel, the staff was helpful every step of the way. I am terrified of heights and everyone made me feel very comfortable. They take safety very seriously while also making the experience so fun! The ATV riding was my favorite part, multiple staff members are there to make sure you’re good during your ride and the photographer takes amazing photos! The food was so yummy and the cenote was the perfect end of the day! I conquered my fears and met some amazing people. Definitely 10/10! Plus tequila tasting? YUM.

Everything was a lot of fun and the guide Lalo was also great. It rained but he kept everything upbeat. Would recommend, they they to upsell A LOT so keep that in mind but it was still a good experience.

I had a great time! The site was super organized and the flow was seamless. Our tour guide was Mona Lisa and he was so great. He was energetic, kind, and respectful. I really appreciated the pick-up and drop off service, it made everything smooth and easy for us. I thought my favourite part would be the ATV but it turned out to be the Cenote!
The only downside for me was the free tacos. Not filling at all and the menu options aren't the greatest. I would recommend bringing your own snacks or eating prior. You also can't bring your phone with you for the ATV and zipline activities. Theres a photographer onsite to capture everything but I found his pictures kind of expensive to purchase (around $70 USD for unedited pics).

This excursion was great from start to finish. The tour guides, George and Pato were great. They were lively and made the experience fun. They made sure to explain everything in detail and checked in on everyone every step of the way. The photographer Miguel did such a great job taking our pictures! He knows the angles and captures the person as well as the surrounding so well. After seeing my pictures, I HAD to buy the package. I did this excursion solo, first time on an atv, and first time at a cenote.. that means anyone can do this and I definitely recommend it.
