For starters the trip I booked did not match the same boat in the picture. Then to top it off the boat was late and the driver took off and left us stranded. DO NOT BOOK WITH VIATOR OR THIS COMPANY. I had to find my own way back to my hotel and pay after paying extra for transportation fees, the boat was late to the dock which was out of our control and this company did not care, they didn’t text or call to check on our status. When I did call they said well what time did the boat arrive, apparently later then they cared to wait which once again out of our control. Offered no solutions until they realized I was irate ( what American woman wants to be stranded in Mexico). BEWARE they just want your money and refused to refund for the fees I had to pay to get back to my hotel. Not even enough time spent on Isla Mujeres. They just want to drown you in alcohol and take your money.

Tour guides were all really friendly. Transfer from hotel was seamless. Originally some confusion at check-in but this was swiftly resolved. Great value for money. The snorkeling was good fun, the stop-off points were great. Food and drink was plentiful. There was an awkwardness when the staff came round for tips at the end, it felt more compulsory than optional although I intended on tipping anyways. Take plenty of sunscreen and don't be conned into buying any of the "sustainable" suncream for sale at the port. Overall a great experience and would thoroughly recommend it!

Great trip - crew was awesome - had a great time in the trip to and from th Isle Majures - bring lots of sun screen - wear a t- shirt and something to cover up legs with - lots of people got a little sunburned

Very good the persons from the catamaran. Friendly and good service.
But very bad the lunch in the Beach Club. Only a half hour to visit the streets of Isla Mujeres .

We upgraded to the VIP experience for this trip and this was well worth the additional cost. The trip from start to end was excellent, with plenty of food and drink available. The staff were attentative and courteous and made the event special.

To much crowd for snorkeling in the ocean, swim was good and lots of fish and clear water. The catamaran ride was good and good vibe
