He was very polite and professional. Did not have any issues getting to our resort and offered to stop if we wanted to get a bottle of water.

Excellence Transfers lives up to their name! They were waiting for us at the airport, no delays and the driver was wonderful (I wish I could remember his name right now as he deserves some kudos). He was friendly, informative and punctual. We were also pleased that he was the one who picked us up for our transfer from Playa del Carmen back to the Cancun airport. I even felt comfortable enough to take a short nap.
Communication was easy and they are responsive to questions. I highly recommend Excellence Transfers and plan to use them again in the future when I return to the Cancun area.

We flew into Cancun airport on a Saturday for my daughter's spring break trip, and our driver was supposed to meet us for our 3:15 pm arrival. Our flight was diverted to Merida, Mexico, because Cancun airport shut down due to being overwhelmed by incoming flights. We waited on the tarmac at Merida for 4 hours and finally arrived in Cancun at 8 pm. I emailed to let the transportation company know we were delayed, and they said "no worries - we will be there!" And our driver was there to greet us with a sign and a smile. He was there at 3:15 too, and came back again when we finally made it. Highly recommend this company for safe and friendly transportation service!!!

Easy and excellent service to communicate with. I was nervous about managing our itinerary, but transportation turned out to be a breeze. We scheduled a roundtrip from the airport and last minute, we wanted to spend our final day in Cancun due to an early flight. They were accommodating, picking us up in Playa del Carmen and dropping us off at our Cancun hotel without any hassle.

My recent experience with this transportation service in Mexico has left me thoroughly dissatisfied and compelled to share my concerns. The overall service fell far short of my expectations.
Upon arriving in Mexico, what should have been a smooth process turned into a series of unsettling incidents. The initial frustration came as I spent a disconcerting 20 minutes searching for my designated ride.. Eventually, someone had to go find this lady holding the sign with my name who was sitting down and on her phone. This added an unfortunate and unprofessional touch to the entire service experience.
To compound matters, once inside the designated car, the driver, who spoke exclusively in Spanish, delivered unsettling news – he needed to switch drivers immediately. This abrupt change took place in an off-road location, leaving me, a solo female traveler, feeling vulnerable and apprehensive. The entire episode was deeply distressing, particularly when the new driver arrived in an alleyway, heightening my fear and prompting me to contact my family for safety concerns.
Throughout the 45-minute journey, I remained on edge, constantly fearing an unpredictable destination. My family members, upon hearing my distress, were understandably alarmed. This harrowing experience left an indelible mark on what should have been a relaxing vacation, even infiltrating my dreams with thoughts of potential kidnapping.
I do not recommend this service at all. If you are able pick a different service with Viator I suggest you do. I felt unsafe as a young women traveling alone.
