It was ok this tour is all about money they tell you insurance is optional but once you are there they give you three options $45 , credit card hold or $700 cash there is no option also you have to pay $25 a person they say to enter a park but it’s really a free beach! You can’t take you phones unless you book an upgraded private tour. They want to take all your pictures for you so they can charge you. Took us more than a hour to get home from the bus I’m done booking through viator thanks

We did the combo: camel ride + UTV. Darbin was our guide and he was fantastic. The camel ride was fun and the UTV ride was fun too.
My only issue, and the reason for 4 stars and not five, was the price for the photos. $30USD for 1 printed photo or $120USD for all on a memory stick. In my opinion, that is excessive.

I won’t book anything with this company again because I felt like they charged a lot of things that were not disclosed. This was the first negative experience we’ve had with any tours booked through Viator.
I gave it a three star because our tour guide Aaron was AMAZING. He was very attentive and made sure we were having a great time. The UTV and camel ride were a lot of fun and I would highly recommend looking for another company that is more transparent.

I hated it I was robbed of my experience we couldn’t have our phones the pictures that was taken of us was way to expensive they had extra hidden fees when we got there the driver was rude and I wouldn’t not recommend

Let me just say the actual experience-the ATV and camel ride-was fun. Our tour guide was so caring, careful and helpful. What we didn’t like was the obvious pressure to upsell an excursion that is already fairly expensive. From the second you check in until you get in the van to leave the pressure in on, and every person we declined an upgrade to was obviously irritated over it. We also didn’t appreciate that we upgraded to a private tour, which “includes a photographer”…but doesn’t include any of the actual photos. Very, very misleading wording. Yes, the upgrade includes the ability to take your own pictures, but that’s nearly impossible without a GoPro in the ATV while you’re driving. The pictures themselves are very pricey and the photographer was (like everyone else) very irritated when we declined to purchase them (at $20 per print). Again, we had a good time doing what we signed up to do-but we felt uncomfortable throughout the experience over the pressure to upgrade and the reaction to not upgrading.

Had a great time. Everything was expensive. They are pretty upfront about the extra fees for insurance and everything tho. The camel ride was lovely. Loved the tequila tasting. Our pics came out nice. No complaints.

The Camel and UTV adventure stood out as the best part of my vacation. George made the camel ride enjoyable with his patience. Despite strict photo rules and high prices, I discreetly used my phone to capture moments. The only drawback was the tequila tasting. Despite that, I'd gladly do it again.
