The scenery was spectacular and we had a great time at the hot springs. Gonzalo was a very friendly guide and great driver. We felt safe with him. Unfortunately the picnic was located in a place without a view. The company should reconsider the location of the picnic.

Fun excursion, the Andes mountains are breathtaking and the hot springs were pretty cool as well. Nice stops for food. Would recommend.

The experience is cool, but access is bad and the location is precarious.
The tour we took was just the hot springs, without the embalm.
The advantage was that we had time to spend in the pools.
The day we went was cloudy and cold. According to the guide, good conditions to enjoy the pools, as on a sunny day it is difficult to stay in the water.

Enjoyed drive up into Andes and thermal pools. Also enjoyed buffet lunch at restaurant stopped at - additional cost but good value

DO NOT DO THIS!! Total joke, they only take you to the hot springs (which are pretty dirty) and the drive there is dangerous especially when you only have 1.5 seats for 2 people in the back of van. There is no Cayon del Maipo as advertised which makes it a massive waste of money

As the only native English speaking couple on the tour, we were taken care of by our guide very well. Gonzalo was quite knowledgeable and his enthusiasm was just what we needed after a long drive to our location. The hot springs were not overcrowded and the warm water was so relaxing. The picnic portion was a nice sample of Chilean wine tasting.

The view at the hot springs are stunning! The tour guide made things interactive and got the whole group to bond. The wine and cheese at the end of the drip was also delicious.

We suppose to go on 31 of December, but for emergency situation they cannot send English speaker tour guide to the trip, they re schedule on 2nd,of January.
We got an very basic English speaker on the tour but it was OK, nit to much information about culture or history but OK, the breakfast please was literally useless, all drinks landed in the bin,was very bad 😞,the spa was fantastic, but the changing room and toilet was disappointing, after the dinner place was so so okay but far to expensive what they give us as they called buffet 😞,after we stopped in a chocolate place,wasn't needed after dinner.After we went back to same place where the breakfast was they called picnic, it was just okay.So overall this trip could finish around 2pm,but they just take us to places to spend more money unnecessarily.
I gave 4 stars review because of the spa experience, not because the whole day trip.

It will be marked forever, very good. Wonderful experience. The place has little infrastructure, but it served perfectly. We went with two teenagers who loved it too.
A special congratulations to the guide Gonzalo who did his best to make sure everyone was safe.

We got put by mistake with a Spanish spwking guide and full Spanish group however it did not matter bcse of how accomodating the guide and the entire froup was. The experience itself was amazing. Hot thermal spas in between snow capped peaks of the Andes.
