When we arrived at the airport they weren't there to meet us and didn't send any messages as to why not. I found someone to call them and they relayed the driver was stuck in traffic. After an HOUR they arrived just as I thought maybe it was a scam. They also sent an e-mail about 5 minutes before they arrived. It took about 40 minutes to get to the hotel. So for pick up, we requested a very early start just in case. This driver was early and took a different route to the airport that took 15 minutes so we were at the airport too early. I was displeased about the whole experience.

Would highly recommend Ballard. We used them for roundtrip transportation from SJD to our hotel. Beautiful and extremely clean vehicle. Advice: as you leave the airport after baggage claim walk directly through “the gauntlet” of people trying to trick you into a timeshare presentation. They will say they are your transportation company but they are not! Walk right on through without stopping. Ballard will be waiting right outside holding a sign with your name. On the return, they were prompt in picking us up from our hotel to go back to the airport.

Great service, easy to contact. Call the number provided with reservation. Don't waist time talking to anyone at the airport. They act really knowledgeable but they don't know who your driver is and just want to sell. Same driver coming and going so easy to recognize.
