Is there supposed to be insurance on the jet skii? Because I had to pay for some damage. I don’t appreciate having to pay out of pocket without a written estimate.

I’ve been on jet skis all over the Caribbean and never have I seen such a lack of professionalism and structure. Although Cabbage Beach is so beautiful, I would NOT recommend that you book this company.
1. The owner G. Nottage yells, screams and curses at everyone. He yelled at me ‘let me do MY JOB!’ when I asked him if someone could help (which at first they were NOT!).
2. He has underage children helping him who he yells at non stop, it’s sad to watch.
3. He yells and curses at the lady (Kendra) checking people in by the blue umbrella. She just takes it.
4. When I gave him a puzzled/unhappy look he said, “it’s ok that I talk to her (Kendra) that way, that’s my cousin”
5. There was some type of accident (because they just let people go with no instructions and no marked off area) and he was yelling and screaming at the family of 3 until they paid him $300 and left
6. They don’t have the area roped off nor do they have signage, so a large family went in the water to enjoy it and he started to scream at them to GET OUT NOW!GET IT!
7. Then he screamed at one of his workers where his F-ing food was. He told him to hurry up.
8. They also call people back in before the 30 minutes is up, they do NOT have a timer or a sign in log where they track the time. This man was arguing with them about the time. They all wave and flag you down and you don’t know who they are calling in.
9. Lastly coming off the jet skis is dangerous, they literally drive up far on the sand where people are and people have to rush out of the way.
10. Please save your your money and your time.

Jetskis were not in the best condition. One kept wanting to tip over and the other stalled several times. We were not taken to cabbage beach rather a beach next to a fish cleaning station. There was no where to store our bags or towels. There was no tour just go out and ride. Viator confirmed it was a 1 hour tour. Confirmation said 1/2 hour. We double checked and were told 1 hour. When we got there they charged $160 more and made us pay in cash. We were in the water less than 1 hour then they were soliciting an additional tip. Was not the best experience.

My son and i had a great time. The staff were wonderful. We had a blast. We were able to ride and explore the coast of Nassau.

Great service, the drivers pick you up at your resort to the beach and are interactive as they explain the sights of the city on the way there. Very beautiful beach with clear waters and white sands.Good Jetskies.

They kept trying to convince us that 2 people won’t fit on the jetski just so we can rent another one at a”discounted price”. The communication for pick up and drop off was really good.

Horrible service, felt rushed the entire time. It was raining and they still wanted to get you on the jetski. Had 10 mins left they didn’t know if we were coming in for questions and they were like jump off. Just bad and had the nerves to ask for a tip.

I wouldn’t recommend this excursion even if you paid me to. Horrible service, those guys have no patience. They rush you on the equipment without proper guidance. We came back 10 minutes early and they were rushing us off the jet, horrible and had the nerve to ask for a tip.
