You can stand either inside or outside, and use the telescopes for a closer look at the sights, if you wish. When booking, select a ticket based on prime hours and non-prime hours.

A very easy journey up to the view point, was fairly busy but we didn't have to wait too long. We nearly missed the stairs up to level 125 from 124. but lots of photo opportunity's and very clean and tidy, worth a visit while in Dubai.

A must-do if you visit Dubai. The view from the 124th floor is astounding and the whole experience is effortless due to the slick organisation. So glad we did this.

Please refund, as it was impossible for us to come to Burj Khalifa for our 7 p.m booking on April 16th. There were no taxis available and no hotel shuttle. This was a major weather related situation.
So kindly refund our tickets.

We went at the 10am slot.
I felt the whole process was smooth because going earlier its not as busy.
Fast moving queue to get in and once at the top we were able to admire the amazing views, wander around, take photos.
My advice is go early and enjoy it.

Amazing experience to view Dubai from 124 floors up. The viewing area is amazing and you don’t feel rushed or herded. Lots of information about the building of it and the internal workings of it.

Breathtaking views and very efficiently organised. The fountain was also spectacular. Very glad we went at night as the light were gorgeous. An amazing feat of engineering. Could have had some seats at the top and somewhere to buy water

Perhaps I went to the tower at the busiest time ... Too long queue and the lifts were not big enough . Personally the Frame is much better value and more interesting.

The organisation of the trip is exceptional . Unfortunately through no fault of the Burg Khalife the queues are long and the majority of the 2 hours at the visit is spent queuing for the main event . As a OAP some seating would have been welcomeWhich is not time dependant which was good . There were several activities you could participate in ( at an extra charge ) but good they were available !!
