The driver was rude/ had a dirty van - with crumbs all over the seats.
Dropped me off at the Dubai mall opposite end of the Burje Khalifa - with no real instructions as to the way I should go/ how to redeem the ticket -no service whatsoever. I didn’t even redeem the random Cafe treat.

I loved this experience, one of a kind! Everything went really nice and smooth. The pastries at the cafe were delicious and the ladies at the store downstairs were very nice.

The travel agency handled everything well and was helpful throughout the process. We went "off peak," but it was still too crowded to enjoy. Beautiful views though, but I wanted to leave quickly because of all the people. The watermelon juice in the drinks at the cafe were fantastic, I'd ask if you can get another drink instead of a pastry.

The only thing i feel could change is seating when we were waiting to get a lift up. It was nearly a hour wait and it gets tiring. My son ended up sitting on the floor as he got tired.

The lift upstairs holds about 15 people. Just a little squashed but it’s only 60 seconds to cover 124 floors. You’re ears even pop in the lift. The ride up is smooth and you hardly feel that you’re moving. The lift inside has a cosmic blue lighting effect that enhances the whole experience.

I was surprised that the 124th was open top.
It was great to feel the warm air of the Dubai night. It was a bit crowded up there but no one was rushing people to move along. We found a spot to sit and look at the beautiful lighting.

You can climb a few flight of stairs to the 125th floor where there is another observation deck and where you can see and purchase a photo that they take of your group as you enter the tower. There is also a shop to buy merchandise.

I loved the experience of this building. So beautiful was the skyline. I will definitely visit again.

We as a family were visiting the Burj and were very excited! We were even more excited to see the new offer of Coffee at the Cafe at Sunrise. We booked the tickets much in advance to avoid disappointment. So on the day of the appointment, i.e. 8 am, we excitedly got there on time. The Burj is linked to The Dubai Mall and so we had a bit of a walk before we made it to the entrance of the Burj. We were then directed to get our tickets and then to the lift that would take us to the 125th floor. Butterflies!! The lift experience was quite cool and it was amazing as it take lesser than 90 seconds to get to the 125th floor. On reaching the top, there were many tourists just circling the floor and looking down on the cars and roads that looked miniature in size. So then I decided to ask for the Cafe. Our disappointment hit a low when we were told that the Cafe is at the ground level. Nevertheless, we finished our circular tour of the 125th floor and decided to head down to the cafe. When we got there, there was a very big queue for the Cafe, and the funniest part was that the Cafe did not have any table seating but had side heighted chairs facing the wall. Lol. Since we had already paid, we said we could atleast see what was in store. After exactly 20 minutes of wait, we got to the counter which offered us 1 croissant from a choice of 3 and then either tea/coffee or juice. So as there was only one non-veg option, we decided to take that for the 3 of us but were told that the turkey croissant was out of stock. They had only one left! We took that. I ordered an espresso and my wife requested for a latte. Later we realised that there was absolutely no difference in the 2. Burj that happens to be the epitome for a Dubai visit had this to offer. Quiet shameful!
