Service and experience are 5 stars, but... We were offered to visit island, but boat didn't stop on island for us to visit. Maybe we should let the staff know we want to visit, but nobody told us to do so.

All I can say that tour was good but I was expecting perhaps something more to it…there was an audio talking few interesting information but because I have already had a walking tour somewhat it didnt excite me…except the part about Margaret Island.
The service from the crew was great, but this isnt my jam. But I still would recommend it as its nice to see things/buildings from a different perspective. Thanks

The cruise experience was really nice. The staff members were amazing, smiling, and very friendly. The guide was nice and you get to know a lot about the city.

Cruise was lovely and informative, package included 2 drinks. Purchasing direct at pier would have been cheaper and also offered student discount.

Booked last minute and was a really enjoyable cruise. Lasted for just over an hour and had multi language guide. The two drinks were a nice touch and the staff were friendly.

Great way to see the city, amazing value, and not overly crowded. The drinks and audio commentary also added to the experience.

Excellent experience especially for price. Free audio tour so you get the history of the buildings you are seeing. Staff Very friendly and speak numerous languages. We got a welcome drink which we were told was tea, tasted like a hot apple cider, very nice, as well as complementary beverages. We went in December and the boat was heated and enclosed so very comfortable

The ship was comfortable, the views were great and staff was very accommodating. Great experience altogether and would recommend highly.

Nice cruise on the river. Good drinks included. The recorded commentary (with headphones) was informative and not overly long. Nice way to spend an hour.

Decent boat - very comfortable.
Good audio guide and nice staff.
Was a very relaxing hour or so.
