Budapest Danube Sightseeing Cruise with Drink and Audio Guide

A very enjoyable hour long cruise on the Danube river. The boat is comfortable with seating on the top and there’s complimentary drinks with a selection of champagne, wine, beer, fruit juice etc. Audio commentary is available in various different language and there’s an option to stop at Margaret Island. There are many cruises available - one per hour and during the evening/night they also have dinner options.

During my stay in Budapest I enjoyed a river cruise. The boat was lovely as were all the staff I encountered. It was an enjoyable cruise passing some lovely sights. I got off at the half way mark & explored the island that they stop at. It was all very nice & made a nice change from the busy city. I had a free beer on my outward trip. And a free lemonade on my return trip. Both drinks were much appreciated as it was a very hot day. I booked the cruise through my hotel reception. The whole experience was a good one. And I'm pleased I did the trip.

Must do. The night cruise is must do activities as the building lite up beautifully and it’s a treat. The cruise is well managed. However you have to book in advance. Also be there 20 min before if you want to good seat in the roof

Superb cruise experience. The entire journey allows us to take wonderful photos of the main attractions of the city. The drinks provided were nice and staff were friendly. This activity is a must go in Budapest

Arrive early if you want to sit outside on top deck. We did 8:45pm evening cruise. It was excellent; one hour was just the right amount of time. We sat inside, four rows from front of ship; views were great. Narration in English was easy to hear and understand, and enhanced our experience. We did not have the free drink, but servers did a great job.

Excellent value. Free alcoholic drink outbound to Margaret Island where we spent 2 or 3 hours before returning by boat using the same ticket. Good views of both Buda and Pest from the river and the cruise boats there and back were modern and very well managed by the crew who were very professional and friendly. Nice non-alcoholic drink on return journey. Highly recommended.

Get off the boat when you stop at Margaret Island. Wander around the gardens and take a later return cruise to town. Budapest is a beautiful city filled with friendly people .

Pleasant cruise around Budapest area of Danube with Multi language select audio guide.Easy to find at pier 7 just be careful crossing the road ,use the green man.Clean comfortable seats and pleasant staff.Toilets at the dockside office and on board.
Served a choice of drinks including beer shortly after setting off.
Took the option of getting off at Margaret island for the 45 minute stroll through the chinese/ Japanese style gardens.
Nice spot ,watch out for the tourists on hired cycles who haven’t read ‘No cycling in chinese gardens’ notice.
Boat returns and collects taking back to harbour office including a fresh orange drink.All in all very informative guide regarding the history ,characters and architecture of Buda and Pest.
