The tour operator did not perform his duties as a tour operator. Instead of locating seats together for us, he just told us to find it ourselves. Most of the seats were filled, since we were bussed over from another hotel. For other people arriving afterwards, he went into the bus and asked people to move around. However, he only asked certain individuals. If you were Caucasian, he gave them preferential treatment. This was the kind of behavior that continued throughout the trip. Towards the end of the tour, he went through the bus and asked people for tips and to give them his QR code. When a non-Caucasian asked for the QR code, the tour operator very loudly asked how much he was going to be tipped so he could split it with the bus driver. The individual stated that his name would go through as well, and the driver insisted to know how much the amount would be. Though the natural scenery was beautiful, this kind of behavior was suboptimal.

Fiona our tour guide and Lesley our bus driver were awesome! My husband, daughter and me had an enjoyable trip, Bryce Canyon was as breathtaking as the pictures we saw and Zion was also beautiful. Fiona was very knowledgeable and funny, she made the long bus trip enjoyable.

Our guide Fiona and driver Carlos were great! Fiona was lively and energetic and informative- everything u want in a tour guide. She helped us take nice photos. Carlos was a steady and smooth driver. Lunch was better than expected - substantial turkey sandwich, lays chips, chez mix, orange and a cookie. We got 3 bottles of water too throughout the day! We were well taken care of and the sights were great.

We had a great time. Our driver Leslie and tour guide Fiona did a great job providing the services for what they needed to do for us to have a safe and fun trip. Views are amazing and lunch is good too. We'll definitely share it with our families and friends.

My husband and I booked a tour with National Park Express to Bryce and Zion Canyon from Las Vegas, and it was nothing short of phenomenal! Fiona, our guide, was an absolute gem, providing insightful information about the geological wonders and ensuring everyone had an enriching experience. Lesley, the driver, navigated with skill and precision, making the journey comfortable and enjoyable.
The breathtaking landscapes of Bryce and Zion Canyon left me in awe, and the well-planned itinerary allowed us to make the most of every moment. Her engaging storytelling kept us entertained throughout and she even kindly offered to take pictures of us. Loved Bryce Canyon. The colors were spectacular. Zion was OK. It seemed like a lot of time on the bus so I was tired by the end of the trip. Overall it was a good trip. However, at the end of the trip, the tour guide was counting his tips and sharing numbers with driver in a loud voice while there were still passengers on the bus. He was also talking about being stiffed. I think the driver finally got him to quiet down. As professional and entertaining as he was during the tour, his professionalism did a 180 at the end of the trip. I still enjoyed the trip but the ending cost you a star.

Our tour guide, Jimmy, was both informative about all of our stops and entertaining as well. You can tell he really enjoyed showing us his favorite parks. We had plenty of time for sightseeing, picture taking, and bathroom breaks. Jimmy was also more than happy to assist people with photos, and provide many other Las Vegas recommendations for both first time tourists and experienced visitors.

In addition to the breathtaking landscapes, Wayne, our tour guide/driver, will be a key memory we take with us. He is a very knowledgeable and fun professional who loves his job and Las Vegas! We could not have asked for a better tour guide!! We hope to have him as our guide when we return for the next tour!

We had an amazing time! The drive and tour guide were friendly, informative, and just really nice people. The box lunch was fresh and of good quality. The destinations were even more beautiful than the pictures. This was a perfect day trip away from Vegas!
