Climbing the dome, although exhausting at times, was more than worth the work! The view was beyond incredible and the close up views of the dome on the way up were absolutely beautiful as well.

These tickets came in clutch, as the website was sold out. Despite the higher price tag, the view at the top of the Duomo was beautiful. Additionally, the museum was a big hit with my family. Definitely the tickets for access to everything was worth it. Additionally, we received very detailed instructions regarding how to use the ticket, and overall had a great experience.

Definitely worth the climb to the top! But it’s not an easy climb, and there really is no place to stop and rest if you need it. It would be nice to stop and take pictures of the paintings on the interior of the dome, but they have to keep people moving through. Still worth it.
