We had a lovely time in Bruges and Amanda was an excellent guide. The process was simple and straightforward and everything went as planned.
Be forewarned that the buses do not have usb chargers. (At least ours did not)

The logistics of being able to get straight from Paris to Bruges was great. Our tour itself was very mediocre with the guide being a bit cluttered and disorganized, often going on tangents unrelated to the city. The group was also a mixed language tour which made for a choppy experience. We felt like we were held hostage until we got the canal cruise tickets. Once we did, we broke off from the group and had a great time.

Bruges was magical! Natty was a lovely guide, taking care to keep the group together and informed. The bus ride was comfortable and relaxing, with a stop for restrooms and coffee each way.

Waste of time! Almost 9 hours on an old and poorly maintained “luxury” bus for only 4 hours in Bruges. The tour was a combination of English and Spanish speakers with 2 tour guides. Our English speaking guide was barely intelligible compounded by speaking while chewing gum. His one hour walk with us through town with offhanded comments was the “tour”. The highlight of the day was the 30 minute canal tour through Bruges with a charming guide.
All in all, not worth the time and money.

We arrived at the meeting point in Paris to start the excursion to Bruges five minutes late. In the reservation confirmation email they told us to take a metro line to get to the meeting point, which turned out to be closed. We called a taxi while warning that we were going to arrive five minutes late. When we arrived we called them and they didn't answer the phone. They left without waiting for us, we arrived five minutes late for reasons beyond our control.
We claimed the money (€330 no more and no less) from Civitatis and they informed us that Paris City Vision does not want to refund our money.
It is a real shame both for Civitatis that hires a provider to carry out the excursion and does not take charge, and for Paris City Vision. The excessive attitude due to an incident that would delay the excursion by five minutes and that was beyond our control is shameful.
Shameful, be careful with these two companies!!
We are going to initiate a claim in Spain to the OCU.
