The policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling is conflicting on the website - in some areas, it says that rescheduling can occur if you contact the tour operator, and in others, it says the tour can only be canceled with no refund. I tried to reschedule my tour after an unexpected medical emergency by reaching out through the website but did not hear back for over 24 hours and I was told rescheduling was not possible. The policy should be more clearly, and consistently, stated across the website.

Nothing is what it seems - that's a theme for the tour. It's a truly eye-opening glimpse of graffiti, street art, and the community spirit that drives both. Our guide was not merely knowledgeable. He was a fan and a true believer. Great tour!!!

Absolutely amazing art! Our tour guide Derek (D) was great, very informative and friendly. He pointed out lots of artwork 'hiding in plain sight ' whilst on the tour, as well the amazing murals everywhere! The Bushwick Collective are a very talented bunch. We had lots of time to take photos. One of the highlights of our visit to New York,thank you!

Absolutely fantastic! Our guide was Nick, who is a passionate, knowledgeable and genuine person.
He told us everything that there is to know about the community, the neighborhood, local artists, and shared info about street art in general.
It was hands down the best tour we did in New York.
Well worth the price!

This tour was amazing from start to finish! The imagery was spectacular and the history/information we were given about street art was fantastic. HIGHLY recommend this tour to anyone, even if you’re not into the culture.

It was OK. We love taking street art walking tours in almost every city we visit and this one didn't hit the mark for us. Definitely didn't leave any time or room to take pictures. We got left behind a lot to take photos and by the time we caught up with the group we missed most of the explanation for the next piece.

Tour guide Jeff provided a good experience. He was knowledgeable and engaging. Length of the tour was perfect, especially in hot weather. There were so many examples of beautiful street art - sure it's hard to pick and choose who and what to highlight but we got a very good overview of a number of artists. This was a new form of art for me; I enjoyed the tour a great deal.
Suggestions: if at all possible, offer the tour in different languages or at least provide more detailed written material in several languages. Many of the people on my tour were from other countries. Understandably for Jeff and for the visitors, he had to adapt his talk to accommodate this (slower delivery, and I could tell he was thinking through his word choices). I appreciated his efforts to make this work for everyone.

This was an amazing tour of a local Brooklyn neighbouring that contains some of the best street artists around. Our guide Derek had a thorough understanding of the history and the artists of the area and he provided lots of interesting anecdotes and insights on everything that we saw. Appreciated his local connection to the people in the neighborhood and his authentic approach. Lots of time to take photos, chat with locals and ask questions. Highly suggest staying around for the local food as there are lots of great options within the area that we toured. If you want to see real street art and get an understanding of some history take this tour. You will not be disappointed.
