Tim was an excellent guide. He asked if I had any preferences and offered breaks as needed. He showed me a great sampling of the museum and shared his deep knowledge of it.

Outstanding tour! As others have said Jack (our tour guide) is a wealth of knowledge and is great at sharing. He kept us moving and brought the historical timeline into perspective.
One thing to note for those who might be effected, only 2 rooms in the museum are air conditioned. Several are very warm as the temperature was unseasonably warm outside.

Jack was our guide for our tour of the British Museum. His knowledge is impressive and his enthusiasm contagious. I would also like to mention his thoughtfulness. We aren’t spring chickens and Jack was sensitive to our needs. His suggestion to use the lift instead of mounting was seemed like 500 stairs was incredibly thoughtful. If, in doubt about a guided tour, don’t be. Jack was brilliant Thank you again for a lovely afternoon.

Jack's Knowledge about the Museum was Amazing! Could never have done it without him. I do think it's better with a Private tour. You wouldn't get the details in a group.

We have been around most of Europe and few guides compare to Jack! What a knowledgeable and helpful guide. We had unique-specific wants and he exceeded ALL expectations. Our family is comprised of history buffs and wanted to focus our tour days on wars. Jack selected unique and interesting sights we had not been to and this was our second trip to london. Every stop was easy, Jack was prepared with everything, he gave you as much or little time as you wanted. He was also great to work on the fly with any changes we wanted or needs that arose. I can’t imagine going back to london and not booking Jack. We are planning a trip to Oxford and even though not listed as an official tour- we will be booking Jack. We have seldom had “bad” guides, but we also don’t have guides this great. Highly recommend

Jack was an amazing and talented guide who is passionate about the museum, its contents and history. He was able to take what would have been overlooked and show it to us and make it relevant and interesting. We really enjoyed the back and forth discussions we had about the past and current role of the museum. He was also a genuine and really nice, friendly person!
