The day we spent aboard Nana with Mario and Carla was the absolute highlight of our trip. Hospitality doesn’t begin to describe it! We knew that the landscape would be beautiful, and had read from other reviews that the food and service were excellent. We were not expecting to have such a one of a kind, true local experience, with such lovely human beings. We have done this type of excursion in several countries and it has always been fun, but certainly felt like there was some distance between the passengers and the crew. Carla and Mario made us feel like we were guests in their home, they welcomed us with such genuine kindness and openness to share about their culture. And the food!!!! They really weren’t kidding! Everything from their own garden or from a local member of their community. They brought us to such hidden gems over the course of our journey. We saw no other tourists in their favorite cove, where we enjoyed the use of their paddle boards and snorkel equipment, between sips of their marvelous homemade beer and wine. This is the experience we all hope to find as travelers, a real glimpse into the world of the locals, shared by people who leave you feeling more like friends than patrons. Thank you for the WONDERFUL experience, we will absolutely direct any friends and family visiting Croatia to Sailboat Nana!

Mario and Carla alone would be a reason to book this trip.
An incredibly friendly couple with whom we had a lot of fun.
The 3-course menu included in the price was very high quality, incredibly tasty and completely exceeded our expectations.
The beer is home-brewed by Mario, the wine also from his own farm.
The boat is really beautiful, the chosen destinations were also really beautiful.
It was an incredibly beautiful experience that everyone should definitely try.
You can't invest your money better if you want a unique experience.

Mario and Carla are the ultimate hosts. It was a beautiful day to sail on their lovely 37’ sailboat in which we were able to go from Omac to Brac and back. Carla served us a delicious 3 course meal and we enjoyed getting to know this couple very much!

They were so nice!! Amazing food, unlimited homemade beer and wine, and just good vibes. They made such an effort to cater to our every need and to customize the experience to exactly what we were looking for. We brought my 13 month old niece on board and they were so careful to make sure she was safe and happy.
Truly one of the best excursions we’ve done. Don’t think twice, just book this and enjoy.

Well what can I say but this day trip with Mario and Carla on their sailing yacht will be remembered for a lifetime! The home made beer and wine was an absolute winner and Carla’s 3 course meal was the best meal we have had so far on our trip, it was absolutely divine!
The hospitality that Mario and Carla gave us made us all feel part of their family we all just didn’t want the day to end!
If you’re looking for a private sail boat tour I absolutely highly recommend this you will not be disappointed!
And too you Mario and Carla thank you for making our day so memorable, we will surely be back one day!
All I am left to say is that it was AMAZING😉😂❤️

Honestly, If you only do one thing whilst one on holiday, this should be it.
I had read the reviews and thought is it as good as they all say but I can truly say, it is beyond anything I hoped for.
If I could give this trip 10 stars I would!! From the moment I booked the trip, the contact was excellent.
From the moment we arrived at the harbour, Mario and Carla were waiting for us and it was a first class experience the whole day.
We started with homemade treats and drinks, were allowed to sail the boat.
Mario let both my boys (aged 14 and 18) ride along on the doughnut from the back of the boat.
The food (all homegrown) and alcohol (also made by this lovely couple) was some of the best we have ever tasted.
The island they take to you is just beautiful and their recommendations of what to see there is so helpful. There knowledge and history of Croatia was so interesting.
We then sailed to a secluded bay, where we were able to jump from the boat, paddleboard, snorkel and swim in total privacy.
Mario even arranged a contact for a taxi to collect us and return us to our apartment, so we could enjoy the day completely.
One of the best days all of us have ever had as a family.

Carla and Mario gave us the highlight of our vacation with this trip!
With easy-going attitude and warmth they made us feel more than welcome! We were two adults with three teenagers, all of us were more than satisfied with everything from sailing to swimming/snorkeling to the delicious food and drinks we had the pleasure to enjoy!
Highly recommended!

The whole time we felt like we were visiting friends from Croatia we didn't even know we had, a truly sincere and warm couple. In addition to the warm and welcoming atmosphere, we could enjoy delicious local snacks, traditional schnapps, soft drinks, beer and wine. The food served at lunch was a 3 course meal that many restaurants could use as inspiration. We also learned a lot about local way of life, cuisine, culture and of course sailing. A day very well spent in wonderful nature with wondeful people, truly a highlight of our holiday, until next time!

This was one of the best tours we have ever booked, in fact, quite possibly the best! Our family of 6 (all adults) booked this tour and we truely had the best day.
Mario and his wife were incredibly hospitable and made us feel right at home. We really enjoyed getting to know them during our day out on the water. They treated us to an amazing three course home cooked meal and we loved the home brewed beer and wine.
This tour ticks all the boxes, wonderful friendly company, sailing, beautiful waters, plenty of swimming water activities, sight seeing around a gorgeous little town, and did I mention AMAZING food!! We would do this again in a heart beat and look forward to recommending it to friends and family that are travelling to Croatia.
Thank you for hosting us and showing us your beautiful backyard. We hope to come back and do this again in the future!
