Terrible terrible guide, spent far too long (over 35 minutes out of 2 hour guide) talking about one sculpture, with references to other museums (Florence, Louvre, other museums in Rome) that were completely irrelevant. We decided to leave the guided tour group halfway through and to explore the museum on our own instead.
Very steep price, I would have rather booked an entry ticket to the museum and gotten an audioguide instead.

The guy left without us when we were there on time for the tour. It was very complicated to try to find out where they were actually located with The People so that we could go off with the tour. So they had to send us on the next tour, which was not a small group of very large group.. poor experience it with you didn’t even wait or even check in and I contacted them and do not hear anything back from themZ.

This gallery is absolutely amazing: The art in it, the architecture of it, the park around it. We were blown away (even my friend's teenage kids were impressed)!
In addition, our guide was very good, he presented the material in a very good way (organised yet entertaining).
The only thing I did not like was the the duration of the stay within the gallery: there was so much to see and we got kicked out after 2 hours. It was quite pricey ticket to be allowed to stay such a short time....
