Another great experience with Viatour! You haven’t seen Venice until you take it to the water and visit Murano, Burano and Torcello! Too amazing to describe. You’ll just have to book this tour! Talk about a bang for your buck!

The guide only gave info while on boat and did not accompany on the islands.
Nowhere it was written that he will only give commentary only on boat.

Experience not worth the money!From romantic get away to a story of 12 passangers being left 2/3 into the trip in Burano,despite of being there 15 min.
earlier to catch the boat,because the company does not advise that they are changing boats, apparently even a boat not under the company brand is in use, well a group of 12 customers did not go to Torcello despite paying full price for the service.Most importantly- The phones for emergency were switched off, and the one that was working was going we found on the side of another boat from the company that was passing by and not in the port.After waiting for over 30 min pass the time for departure and no success reaching the company over the phone, we were advised by another tour guide for another group, fromnthe company who just arrive that they are switching boats and that we should catch another bone in another 40 min to go back to Venice and we should skip Torcello

Thoroughly enjoyable and organised day. Booked railway station pick up as was close to our hotel. dissapointed that we had to change at St Marks square, thought it was straight through.

Whilst this wasn’t so much a tour, more just transportation to and from each island; it ended up being the best day of our trip. Great start time, not too early and enough time to find the meeting point. Slightly confusing as the meeting point was ‘opposite Palazzo Cornoldi’ but no such name existed when searching on a map. Managed to find the spot under ‘Caserma Cornoldi’ on Apple Maps, an orange building. That being said, we arrived about 30 mins before the meeting time and it was easy to find our guide wearing a lanyard with the company logo on so not as difficult to track down as we thought. For the money, the trip was incredible value for money as it lasted all day and included a short demonstration at the glass blowing factory at Murano. Had an hour on Murano, 2 hours on Burano and an hour on Torcello which was perfect. Burano really is the main attraction and there was loads of time to have lunch and walk the whole island. Torcello was just enough time to walk across the main path and have a coffee in one of the little bar/cafes. Whilst on the boat, there was multilingual commentary that had some interesting quick facts but it was a very large group and the multiple languages (about 5) on the speaker made it a little difficult to follow in the noise of the group and boat. Guides were good at making sure we knew the departure time from each island before getting off the boat but think some clarification was needed on Murano of how to get back to the boat (naturally after the glass demonstration, you walk out of the factory and onto the island but to depart, you must go back through the factory). All being said, would recommend this to anyone that has more than 2 days in Venice as we found ourselves running out of things to do by the end of our trip and this was a great way to fill some time, see some sights and experience Burano.

Simple to follow instructions to join, friendly live commentary in four languages and spacious boats so all in all a well organised trip. Time on all three islands to get a flavour of them and decide which to visit again on a future visit.

Nice day out exploring the 3 islands. Probably could have used a bit more time on Murano but otherwise it was a good day out without having to try and figure out the logistics of doing this on our own.

The staff were not very friendly but the boat trip was good. The 3 islands were nice but very expensive. Better off buying stuff in the weekly market.
