Just being with my Family My family and I were very disappointed in the excursion, we did not see any ocean life except 2 turtles, it was not worth the money. The weather was good, the equipment did not work very good and not enough to go go around as far as Connie’s ext.

The tour is well and courteously staffed so that everyone is well taken care of and can participate in all of the activities desired. The staff kept an eye on all passengers and ensured their safety and good time. Thanks to the crew, Justin and Captain Nate.

Crew was AMAZINGG!! I am on a baby moon and it was my MISSION to snorkel with the turtles. Unfortunately it was a little complicated for me but the crew MADE SUREEEE I got to see my turtle and they even took my phone to take pictures for me! They were so great!

We had a wonderful time on this snorkeling trip! We loved being on the catamaran and the outing was really well- organized. The guides/ instructors Dustin, Tj, Aidan, Nate and Lainey were super friendly and engaging, and are very experienced.
The brought us to a great spot where we spotted many turtles (at least 7). These turtles were so cute and friendly, and a couple of them swam towards (and amongst) us a few times. There was also a lot of fish to see.
We were impressed with how well organized the tour was, the quality of equipment, as well as their safety standards. Even the snacks they provided were great!
All in all, we had a fabulous time. Thank you to the lovely staff at Blue Ocean Snorkelling for a memorable experience!

We had a fun day! We saw lots of fish and some turtles! Dustin and Delaney were awesome! They made it super fun and were a lot of help to us! But...
Although, our comfirmation and ticket said 11:30. We received a phone call an hour before. The transportation left us. There was no understanding to be at our meet place scheduled at an earlier time than the email said. The lady apologized for her mistake on communication. Thank goodness we had a rental car, bc we wouldn't have been able to do this tour. So I rate that part a poor!

First, I will explain the bad about this company, which is important but minimal. Pickup instructions were scarce and didn’t mention which entrance of the hotel. Also, they don’t have a working phone number to get ahold of anyone to ask questions. The tour is in Korean so it did feel odd being a minority.
NOW, the good. I went with my friend that is TERRIFIED of the ocean and cannot swim. Delaney and Dustin worked hard to make her feel as comfortable as possible and to regulate her breathing.
Delaney is who we spent most of our time with and she dove down to get urchins and took my rented go pro to see unique things (which was super appreciated). The crew in general made sure we saw all the cool things that were swimming about; we were outside of whale season but there were many fish, turtles, and an urchin.
Crew overall was there to translate the Korean parts and offered many photo opportunities while on board. I’m super excited to see the go pro footage!
Unfortunately I unexpectedly got seasick and they tried their very best to help with peppermint and ginger on board and tips to help feel better.
