We went with Leo. He was outstanding! Gave an incredible overview of Irish history. Listening and talking to Leo was as good, if not better, than the tour itself. BTW, the tour was also awesome!

We had a great time with our tour guide / driver Jonathan and enjoyed our day off of the crowded city of Dublin. All three destinations were amazing and so much fun to explore. As the weather was very unsettled that day, we were as good as alone on all three of them. Just put weather proof clothes on and enjoy the amazing views. We would recommend this trip to everyone and if we would have enough time left, we would have definitely booked a second trip (Celtic tour). It's a great opportunity to see some more (and definitely hear a LOT more) about beautiful and interesting Ireland while having a stay at Dublin.

I’m so glad someone recommended this tour! It was well worth it. Our guide, Flenn (?) was awesome! While the thought of a 12 hour tour seemed daunting and made me nervous, it didn’t seem that long at all. We stopped for breakfast/snack and bathroom break on our way to the first stop (Rock of Cashel). It was about a 90 minute to 2 hour ride. We had an hour at Cashel. Then another ~2 hour ride to Blarney Stone/Castle. We had 2 hours at that location but could have stayed longer. There was a lot to see there. In addition to all of the gardens and castle and kissing the stone, there is the largest wool store in Ireland (I believe), as well as a nice cafe where you could buy pastries, hot food, sandwiches and more for lunch. It was a nice area with plenty of indoor seating. Unfortunately, we prioritized eating over shopping so we did not have time to go into the wool store. Then we had another ~90 minute ride to Cahir Castle where we had a guided tour and then could explore on our own for a bit. Then another 2 hour ride home. We packed our own snacks because we were not sure what opportunities there would be to purchase food, but we did not end up using them. I do recommend wearing boots as it can be muddy depending on the weather. The bus was very nice and comfortable and has USB ports for charging phones. There were only 7 people on our tour. I highly recommend this time of year (Nov), as there were no lines at any of the locations. We walked right up and kissed the Blarney Stone. This tour is the perfect way to see some of Irelands history!

Great tour! We actually saw 3 castle on this tour with the Blarney the highlight. We arrived at each castle before the crowds so we had great opportunity to take nice pictures. Our driver Leo provided lots of great information along the way. I highly recommend this tour.

Wonderful day for this. The weather was perfect and our driver Leo was great. He shared lots if information with us and had proper time at each castle. All 3 castles were amazing to see but the highlight was kissing the Blarney Stone. There were no crowds and we made our way up without delay. This was an all day tour but definitely worth the trip. 5 stars all the way

The actual stops were great, especially Blarney Castle Gardens. At the last castle we got a nice quick guided tour from someone who worked at the castle, which taught us a lot.
Our tour guide, Shamus, was barely a tour guide. He knew nothing about the stops, did not engage much, then got dropped off a half hour before we got back to Dublin. All he spoke about was his home town in Ireland- which was not near Dublin or any of the stops.
Our driver kept texting and talking on the phone while driving- even in downtown Dublin in the rain at night! He smoked every chance he got and smelled of it the whole ride.
