Perfect way to see the walled city! Our guides were great- Daniel and Herman shared lots of facts about places all throughout the city, and worked hard to make sure our group of 7 got around the streets safely. They were friendly and the pace was comfortable for everyone. I would recommend doing this tour early in your trip to get a good sense of the city and spot places you may want to visit later.

This was a good tour. It was a little hard to find the meeting point. We basically toured around the old walled city of Cartagena. Jose did a good job of giving us a history of the city. The bike tour was interrupted often by motorists and pedestrians, but Jose kept us all together and we got around okay.

Unfortunately helmets were not provided and our tour guide was not all that informative. My partner's seat was not adjusted correctly and kept sliding. The guide barely waited for him to catch up. His partner, did not really defend us against traffic. We left the tour happy to have seen more of the city, but having learned nothing about the history of the city. We did have a new appreciation for how to navigate cars, however. Outside of their control, several other guests were not comfortable riding the busy streets of Cartagena which made for more safety issues.

The tour was very complete. During the journey they explain historical points of the city and how it was created. The first part of the tour was through the historic center, then we went along the wall (next to the sea) and finally to the incredible neighborhood of Getsemaní. They took care of us at all times, giving us time to buy water, take photos, enjoy the views...etc. They also advised us on where to watch the sunset or eat. Without a doubt highly recommended.

We had the absolute best time! Our flight came in at 1:20pm and we headed straight to our biking tour, I was coordinating with Jose before & they were so kind that they allowed us to leave our luggage with them because we did not have time to go to the hotel first. I cannot recommend this to a more for you to do! Jose and Harmon are truly the most wonderful people! They know so much about the city, and really want to show you the charm and beauty of this very historic city. We biked all around the city which takes about 2 hours, Herman would make sure that we were safe while crossing in traffic. Also Herman is an amazing photographer, all our pics came out lovely, they are an awesome family business! We learned so much and it was an awesome way to see the city! It was our first day and it really gave us a good Birds Eye view of the city and things to continue exploring on our trip !
Don't think twice about booking this experience! Also even if you're going in the hot months, the breeze and route that they take is shaded and covered so you won't feel the heat!
I hope to be back to do the bike & bite tour!

Overall a good overview of the historical center. I found the first hour very interesting but we moved into louder and more crowded neighborhoods in the second hour and it was very hard to hear the guide.
