Literally a bike ride up a hill. Great view at top. Navigating through the crowds when leaving the meeting point is very tricky, especially if you have not ridden a bike in awhile. A number of people were having difficulty. Way overpriced.

The start wasn't promising, I was given a headset and told that our guide would find us. The guides had no identification, like company t-shirts, so it was confusing and took a while to find our group and a bike. We are experienced cyclists, but there was no direction given to anyone in the group, some if whom seemed more inexperienced.
The guide himself, Bessi, was relaxed and helpful on the route, and was very informative about the city, and we enjoyed the ride overall. Next time I would probably pay more and book a private ride or choose a more organized company.

Almost hitting a pedestrian because my e bike kept driving although I wanted to stop. My girlfriends bike had no brake because they OILED the disk brakes WTF?!?
The tour guide had 0 additional information and just showing the buildings - telling their names. No background stories no fun facts, nothing.
Tour guide was riding through red lights and told us not to stick to her. Of course part of the group got lost.
We have joined bike tours in other cities and this was the worst so far…

I enjoyed riding the e-bikes which allowed us to navigate the city quickly but I felt this tour moved too fast and there wasn't much opportunity to stop and take photos. It was difficult to take in what the guide was saying whilst trying to keep up and avoid traffic/pedestrians and I felt it was difficult to understand the guide at times because it was done with wireless audio. The guide was often far ahead of most of the group and it seemed safety wasn't too much of a concern. Overall it was enjoyable enough but I could have rented a bike myself and had a similar experience.

This was a e-bike tour. It shold be told in the info of the tour. Nice to get up to the hills though and see the view. My e- bike didnt work, so I had do it manually to the hills. The tourguide was ok, but not very passioned about what he had to share.

Explained everything in detail and took us to some hidden spots in the city.
She also recommended extra activities.
Overall a great experience!

The tourist experience is very exceptional and very fun, my friends and I had a lot of fun and the streets of Florence are really beautiful, the weather was the best to go for a walk.
