The tour was way beyond our expectations. We really enjoyed the volcano part of the tour by seeing a view of the craters and lava flow only available by air. The tour took on a whole different turn on the east side of the Island. Viewing waterfalls and a dramatic coast line was amazing but the best was when we landed in a small grassy area next to a waterfall.

This trip was simply amazing! We took the longest flight- 2 hours. We didn’t realize you could add on a stop at the waterfall or pay extra for front seats. I wish we would have known this, but the flight alone was still excellent.
Our pilot was Kaj, and he was informative and so nice. He made the trip extremely enjoyable.
Please, for your own pictures and your fellow passengers, wear dark, solid tops AND pants! The man in front of me wore light jeans and they were in all of the pictures.
We went in November, ground temp was 85-89 and we did not get cold at all in shorts and short-sleeve shirts.
Have a blast!

See the diversity of the big island! This company is so professional, and the helipad is convenient to Waikoloa. We saw half the island in under two hours. Our pilot was knowledgeable and friendly and definitely a highlight of our trip.

Excellent tour over the volcanoes and the valleys on the northeast coast of the big island. Most memorable moments were flying into the valleys and seeing the incredible waterfalls.

Our pilot Shane was extremely informative. He invited all questions, and he would have had his ear full had I not had laryngitis at the time! Shane's knowledge and love of the island was very palpable and this tour really gives a different perspective of the Big Island. I did have some sinus congestion before boarding, and wound up getting airplane ear which has not resolved in over 24 hours, so I recommend that you hold off on this if you are susceptible to airplane ear or have a cold. We purchased the video which we will use to educate our grandchildren on volcanoes and the history of the Big Island. Thank you Shane!
