Great way to see Paris. Husband and I Enjoyed getting on and off at stops of interest. The stops were easy to find with the app. There was always a bus within 5 minutes.

Great way to see Paris.
Disappointed as only red line available. A few years ago, there were two lines: blue and red line. The current route was very short to for worth more than a day of booking.
River cruise was disappointing also.
Buses were dated and dirty.

We booked the hop-on hop-off bus tour for two-days with river cruise. We found it a perfect way to get around Paris without having to walk miles. The buses were regular so we didn’t have to wait too long and could always find a seat. The weather was showery so we sometimes had to sit inside (tip: take some tissue to wipe off the upstairs seats if there are showers). It took us to all the main tourist attractions.
We enjoyed the river trip too.

It was ok just did not like it was not 24 hours. Great to get around till 7pm. Our family had fun around Paris using the red bus and than we did the cruise.

Great way to see all of Paris and learn the streets and spots to see. We also loved using this to get around the city without taking the metro or Uber at least throughout the day. We did it once completely to learn about Paris and then just hopped on and off the rest of the 24 hrs to get to the different locations, it was so convenient!

We love the City Hop On Hop Off buses, which we have done in Barcelona and Helsinki. It is a great way to experience a city , especially if you are not in a city more than a few days. The Paris red line we used had 10 stops that included the Trocadero / Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Notre Dame to name a few. You can ride all the way around or get off and on wherever you like.

overall a decent experience, and a nice way to see the city. I got the 48 hour option, although I only ended up using 24 hours based on my schedule. One thing that was a bit of a challenge, it was unclear when and where the river cruise departed. you have to wait until you board the first time on the bus, and then you get your ticket. However the printer was running out of ink on the handheld machine on the bus, and the location and time of the cruise wasn't clear. It feels like there should be a better way to manage this, paying extra moneyfor a cruise that is a secret in terms of schedule and location until you've boarded the bus is inconvenient. A good experience, friendly drivers, and frequent service. Don't rely on the app for the bus locations, it showed only two buses on the route, but many more were present

We stayed in Opera and therefore our hotel was right near stop number 1,we'd already booked online so I simply went in the Big Bus Tour shop at stop number 1 and they supplied me with a 24 hr ticket for the bus and our cruise tickets. We boarded the bus there and we all enjoyed the commentary. Was easy to hop on and off of. We boarded the cruise around half 1-2 and only had a 10 minute wait. We did a complete round trip and ended up back at stop 1. Couldn't fault it.
