Tour was ok. Time between buses is more like 30-40 minutes rather than the 7 - 15 as advertised. There is no free wifi despite this being advised so make sure you have some data. Bus stops are a long way apart so you need to walk a distance at times to see things. More information about sights would be good as you are stuck in traffic a lot. There is a lot to see and some commentary about what you are seeing would be better.

I enjoyed very much being able to see the city during the day, which is so different from the night! It is great! It is great to go around once, for an overview, and then return to the places that one wishes to explore more in-depth! Highly recommended! The audio is great, with choices of language! Can be picked up at good locations! Very convenient that one can get the tickets on the bus proper, it is not necessary to go to the bus line office. Great to be able to get the tickets for the cruise, from the bus driver, also!

Be clear - the hop on/off bus is basically a shuttle around town. There are plenty of buses but there is no narrative to any of the travel, no friendly guide pointing out highlights. And the River Cruise is a continuation of a large people movement. Good staff, quite well organized if you don't mind the crowds. The evening "cruse" had worthwhile narration and the night lights were worth seeing.

Highly recommend it. Good value for money. Bought 24 hour bus and cruise tickets. We managed to do the loop twice! Loved it! Staff could be a little friendlier though. Apart from that they get an A star from me :)

The best way to see Paris! I would highly recommend this tour. I bought the 24 hour hop on/off, 2 hour night tour, and Seine River cruise. Everything was absolutely wonderful. I had less than 24 hour in the city of Paris and I truly felt like I saw everything by going with this company. The drivers were safe, the audio was good and the stops were amazing. The only thing I would change is to operate for longer. Their hours are 10-5:30, which is not ideal for tourists eager to explore! However, they offer the night cruise at 9:15-11:00 and I really enjoyed seeing the city at night. Thanks for a very memorable experience on your bus. I would highly recommend the BIG BUS in PARIS!!
