See the sights of London aboard an open-top, double-decker Big Bus as you admire 360-degree views of top attractions and listen to captivating commentary. Use your 24 hour or 48 hour tickets on three different routes with audio narration, and hop on or off at any of the stops around town. A one-way River Thames cruise between the Tower of London and Westminster Pier (in either direction) is included with all tickets.

We tried to enter the bus in 3 different stops in the span of 3 hours on a Monday at low season (early May). There was no seat available anywhere in any bus and no audio guide even standing.
We contacted customer service but there was no reply.

We did not get off the bus at all - enjoyed the ride and view the whole time. There was just too many people on the ground. :) Totally recommend!

We booked a 48 hour pass which included hop on and off together with river cruise one way and we also got Jack the Ripper tour included.
The Bus tour and ability to travel as you wish around London is worth the money alone. The cruise down the Thames was great taking in many well known landscapes. Although not guided one of the staff on board gave great commentary.
The Jack the Ripper tour was given by Big Steve who was really informative and knowledgeable. He also added humour to the Jack the Ripper tour, taking in much more than we expected. We would highly recommend Steve and this tour which was just over £100 for two of us for two days including boat and ripper tours.

Competent live and entertaining guide. Modern boats and didn't need to wait for next boat. Great to buy a beer there too.

The bus was clean, route was good. App did not give the correct bus timings and we had to wait 45 minutes for one. It's a good way to see all attractions in one day. Be ready for a long day. No help from drivers. No assistance on ground or at bus stops.

The narration was very informative . We never had to wait for a bus and there was always someone to help with directions. The river cruise was a wonderful addition to see the sites from another angle

Very expensive for what you get. Bus was crowded so we had to wait half an hour to get on the top deck, but then couldn’t sit near each other.
London air quality is appalling and everyone on board had painful, red eyes due to the particulate matter. Next day my wife and I both had new, hard lumps on our eyelids and our daughter has a chest infection.
The bus seemed to run on diesel, downstairs the engine was so loud you couldn’t hear the commentary. Also sat waiting for 20 minutes at the back of Victoria, for no obvious reason and with no explanation.
Just use CityMapper to get around on the normal buses. More flexible, far cheaper and greener too.
