I have pre booked this bus trip but can’t find anywhere near my hotel to get on the bus. Have emailed the company but no one is getting back to me. Says I can cancel within 24 hours but I can’t find any where on this or the red bus site to do that. Any suggestions?

It was convenient, staff were friendly and helpful. However, when you calculate the price of all the tickets to the sights (star ferry, observatory deck, tram to VP etc.) it’d still work out cheaper to go by yourself than big bus. If you’re not price conscious and want to see a lot of sights by bus, then go for it. Just make sure you don’t go on a public holiday, otherwise the bus will stop running earlier by a couple hours.

Booked a two day pass, with the peak tram, then added on the night tour, green route out to Aberdeen was so nice and what a contrast to the red route around the city, buses came ever hour and was able to see the bulk of Hong Kong, paid extra and did the nighttime tour aswell, these hop on hop off buses have good commentary and filled with interesting history. Wifi is pretty weak but otherwise well worth it.

I was in Hong Kong with my father-in-law on the 27thNov on our way to Sydney from Delhi and it was an absolute pleasure to meet Reet and Ces at Big Bus Hong Kong for our brief layover. Ces introduced us with the tour options available with Big Bus while Reet who we met a bit later in the same office was great in explaining about how the tours worked out. She had in-depth knowledge of all the tourist attractions of Hong Kong and offered us to opt for the Red Route which worked out amazingly well for our short 12 hour stopover. Not only we were able to visit most of the tourist attractions within a few hours but it also made out visit very streamlined as it included tickets for THE PEAK tram and the return ferry trip to and from Kowloon saving us from queuing up at these busy attractions saving us valuable time and returning to the airport with plenty of time to spare. The girls were really super-friendly and professional and really took pride in what they did . All in all , a great customer service experience from Big Bus Hong Kong. A BIG Thanks to you REET for meeting us at THE PEAK again to give us more useful tips . Cheers and Keep up the great work.

It was a great way to see the city and learn about the history. Be sure to look for the prions on the types of tours, get the team to the peak and round trip on the ferry.

Great way to see the city. We were only there for 2 nights so didn't know where to start with fitting it all in. The 2 day ticket Inc. the ferry and tram was great.
Got to see a bit of everything. The ferry is a must to visit Kowloon island with its beautiful waterfront and the tram is a must to go up the mountain and have amazing views of the city.

It was a shame that for £37 all we got was ONE of the routes Green OR red not both for the price. They wanted more money to do another route. It was cheaper to use our octopus card which you could use on buses, trams, underground and star ferry.
