Bus was on time and clean. It would be nice if they said the number of the stop on the audio commentary.
Top of the bus is the way to go on a nice day. The last stop of the day should be the last number. We didn't realize where the end of the line was until it was too late . Drivers are very helpful

Booked hop offf off bus. And small print says that it was the evening time slot after 6pm time slot. Well last bus is at 4:30 and only runs for 2 hour
In essence. We did not get to use our ticket because when we got to bus stop… the bus never came .
I was scammed!! VIATOR should do better. There is no night bus if the last run is at 4:30.

Construction in the city made things hard, tour guides were very helpful and worked hard to ensure the changes in stop locations were well marked. I had a little trouble downloading the APP for the guided tour and the WiFi was a little spoty in places.

Super disappointing, theoretically the buses run every 60 minutes, in practice it is much worse. While the other companies have buses all the time, the clients of this company have to sit waiting for the bus to arrive and not knowing when it will be. I've been waiting for the blue list bus for 90 minutes. Do not hire this service

Very convenient to see the major sites in Berlin. Informative audio gave us a historical perspective. For the most part drivers were courteous. Worked perfectly for our stay.

Found taking the bus on our first day helped with getting our bearings. Seen all the sights and were able check out what you would like to re visit.
I didn't pre book this and got a good deal from the alenxaer plaza with 25% off if you have a berlin travel card.

This group focus‘ on its sales rather than service. The sales person sold us the tickets and told us the bus would be at the stop 15 mins later but the stop was changed and the bus never came. The organiser made many excuses whilst the other companies bus‘ came and went. At a later stop the bus driver stopped, let people out and then told us to hurry up as he wasn’t allowed to stop where he had stopped. These guys are disorganized and rude. Better to buy a day ticket and travel by public transport to be honest.

Get the 2 day tour if you have the time. Its best to tale time in every stop and see everything the place has to offer.
