Hands on cooking class in Sorrento. 3 dishes included fresh pasta making, main course and dessert or 2 pasta and dessert depends of the chef. The class can be done at 10. 00 am followed by lunch or 3.00 pm followed by dinner. 3 hours hands on experience, be prepared to have fun!

I wish I was able to leave a ten star review. Five stars just doesn't seem adequate! Me, my wife and daughters took Chef Carmen's class while on vacation in Italy. It was a total blast!! Chef Carmen is an amazing person and a complete joy to be around. Her class was very informative and extremely fun! I cant's stress this enough. Also, this class is completely interactive, meaning, that it was not a demonstration. You prepare the dishes while Chef Carmen advises you while you work. Many cook classes do not do this. It becomes a demonstration. Not so with Chef Camren. She throws you right into the "fire"! we made two fabulous dishes with a dessert. Cooking with Chef Carmen was the highlight of my vacation. If you are undecided about booking this class, don't be. You won't regret your decision!

From the moment we walked in to the very end was amazing! We left with full bellies and full hearts and memories to last a lifetime. We learned how to make true eggplant parmesan, Gnocchi sorrentino and tiramisu. Everyone including the teens were engaged and had a great time. Hospitality, excellent food and a truly amazing experience. I will make these items no other way than the way Chef Carmen taught us!! Can't wait to go back!!

Chef Carmen makes cooking fun and simple. She taught us how to make pasta dough correctly sharing the tips to get it the correct consistency. Everything is hands on so you take away not just recipes but actual experience making the dishes. As the chef says "piano, piano slowly, slowly".

We had a fantastic time with Chef Carmen, making some lovely food, sharing much prosecco and enjoying her very outgoing and engaging personality!
We did this with our 21-year old daughter with two other families with similar aged adult children and had a great experience.

My wife and I went to Chef Carmen's cooking class on the second day of our honeymoon and it was wonderful. Not only was Chef Carmen an absolute blast during the class, but she really helped break the ice between other groups of people also attending the class (the provided prosecco also helped).
The class was fun, the food was amazing, and she sent us her recipe book after the class so we could make it when we get home.
Very highly recommend!

We did an afternoon class making classic Sorrento gnocchi, eggplant, and lemon-flavored tiramisu. We were welcomed with Prosecco and introduced to everyone in the group. The class area is clean, well-kept and comfortable. Carmen was so much fun and very informative on every detail to make delicious dishes. She took time to explain every step, and even taught us some Italian. Afterwards we all enjoyed what we created with a choice of wine. We made tiramisu with limoncello instead of coffee and it was a delightful and creative touch. Carmen is a great cook and teacher. Don’t hesitate to book, it was a super fun experience.

Our class was wonderful! Chef Carmen is a huge personality and she makes the experience fun and enjoyable. Our class was filled with so much learning and great food. Loved the sea bass!!!

Oh my gosh! We laughed so hard! Chef Carmen knows how to play to every member of her audience. She had the shy folks asking questions and put the over zealous ones in their place. The wine was free flowing and the food was great! Oh, yes and we all learned something! Got my Gnocchi recipe memorized. We had a party of almost 30. Will visit again

This class was the highlight of our seven nights in Sorrento/Massa Lubrense!!! Chef Carmen is not only a great chef, but a great entertainer and host. Our group of 26 (her max) had a great time, learned so much and could not stop talking about it after the trip.
This was my second time doing her class and I will definitely come back EVERY time I visit Sorrento.
