The tour was just ok for me. I have been to Zurich many times and thought this tour would give me some extra things to see that I haven't seen before. Unfortunately I was bored for most of the tour.
The price of the tour does NOT reflect the worth of what was seen.. the cable car was cool, but i could have done it on my own for way cheaper, the ferry was alright, however the ride was too short and it didn't enhance the tour at all.. The whole tour could.have been done by public transport (Zurich has a great transport system) and you could have seen the same.things and places.
I was quite disappointed in this tour. This tour was NOT worth the 122 $ canadian that I paid. I would not recommend it unless you just feel like sitting most or the time on a bus. It was actually quite.boring.

The tour was good. I liked being able to ride the bus while learning about the town and surrounding areas as it was raining during most of our trip.

Not a great tour overall. The walking tour we saw so little as guide had to give it in 2 languages- literally only walked around the block! Waste of time at cable car as was fogged in but given most time here. Otherwise just driven around on bus with so much missed as had to say everything twice!

We were about to not only get an overview of the city but were able to see some of the area outside of the.city with the ferry ride and the tram on the mountain. Great little cafe on top of the mountain. We were so fortunate to have snow all during the day making it even more magical.

I met the nicest people on this tour. Our tour guide and bus driver were awesome. Knowledgeable and fun! The most awesome combination of things to do.
I felt I saw so much of Zürich during my short business trip. If you were thinking of going, I suggest you go.
You will never forget it not regret it. Very professional! I also met tne 2 modest girls from Spain but wrote the number down incorrectly so if you see this reach out!!

Fantastic experience. We had done a similar the day before, but this was different as it took us on a bus ride down the lake about 20 miles, and then on the bus across the lake on a ferry. The cable car ride to the top of the mountain was a highlight of our whole trip. The views of Zurich and surroundings were incredible. We had perfect weather which helped. Guide was nice and informative.

We had just had an amazing tour in Iceland so doing this one after, there was a stark difference. The bus is barely airconditioned, I was so hot I could’ve fainted. The bus is huge and the jerky downtown driving gave me and my partner motion sickness. There’s too many people. Lots of construction in Zurich so a lot of obstructed views. Also, the cable car ride was the absolute worst. They packed so many people in it that it was almost panic attack worthy. There’s also quite an incline of a hike to get to the restaurant at the top. Menu items limited. Not for the claustrophobic, unable to hike a steep hill or those prone to motion sickness. Our guide was fine. He repeated everything in three languages but you never knew what building he was talking about because of the lag. I do not recommend. However, if you do go, don’t go on a weekend. We went Saturday and the trip was an hour + longer than scheduled. But we got to see parts of Zurich and didn’t have to do it ourselves. Got a few good pictures.

Our tour was 10/10 incredible! We were able to walk 5 minutes from the central train station, Zurich HB to the bus pick up where there was a small building with the Best of Switzerland Tours name on it and someone directed us to the bus. The trip began on time, and we had an incredible tour guide named Antje.
The bus was comfortable with air conditioning and microphones, so we were able to hear the tour guide. Antje was the best tour guide. She did the tour in both English and Spanish, and she was extremely knowledgeable. The whole trip was well balanced - we spent just the right amount of time on the bus and then we got off to walk around the river and the old town. Antje had a sign, so we were always able to see her and follow her. The amount of time walking was perfect, and she also gave us time to take pictures and use the restroom.
The coolest part of the tour was when the bus went on the ferry, and we were able to get off the bus to take pictures. The ferry took us to Zurich Mountain where we took a gondola up the mountain and went to a restaurant overlooking the lake and the city. This was absolutely stunning, and we were able to get food and a coffee with the incredible views. Antje was extremely helpful sharing the menu with us beforehand and taking some photos of us with the incredible views.
We took the bus back to the drop off location, and she answered any questions for us that we had about Zurich. The bus driver was also very kind and helpful. Overall, this was the best way to experience Zurich, and was done with the utmost professionalism and preparedness by the Best of Switzerland Tours. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone traveling to Zurich!
