1. Oia
First, travel to the northern part of the island and visit the well-known village of Oia. Oia, with its picturesque blue-domed churches and breathtaking panoramic views, is one of Europe's most photographed places and a must-see.
2. Megalochori
Leaving from the north, drive through steep hills and dry grassland to reach Megalochori, another traditional village in the island's center. Feel free to stroll the narrow pathways and take photos of the beautiful tiered bell towers along the way. Hundreds of tiny whitewashed houses with graceful architecture, beautiful blue-domed churches, and underground cave dwellings make up this settlement. You will learn about local culture and lifestyle in this picturesque and non-touristic setting.
3. Akrotiri Lighthouse
Travel southwest to the Lighthouse. It was built in 1892 and is regarded as one of the best of its kind in the Cycladic Islands, as well as an excellent place to watch the sunset. Walk around it on the cliffs or sit on the rocks by the sea. A significant number of surrounding islands may be visible on a clear day.
4. Red Beach
Then, travel to Santorini's most famous beach, Red Beach, a unique natural phenomenon, and capture breathtaking images of the volcanic scenery and reddish cliffs.
5. Perivolos Beach
After a ten-minute drive, arrive at the island's southernmost point and relax on Perivolos' black beach, which features fantastic seaside restaurants and crystal clear waters. You will have time to walk, swim in the Aegean Sea, and eat lunch at a seaside Greek restaurant while you are here (not included).
6. Monastery of Profitis Ilias
Back on the minivan, driving through vineyard-filled terrain, you'll reach the island's highest point, the monastery of Prophet Elias, at 565 meters above sea level. Sip some wine and sample local products made by the monks who live in this old monastery built in 1711 while admiring the panoramic views of the entire island.

Our 6-hour private tour of Santorini was a highlight of our trip. From the stunning views in Oia to the quaint charm of Megalochori, every moment was magical.
Our visit to Gavalas Winery was a sensory delight, and their wines were exceptional. Thanks to Argyris, we also had the opportunity to meet mr. George and Vagelis Gavalas and discuss about their wines!
The Red and Black Beaches were unlike anything we've ever seen, and our guide's insights enhanced the whole experience. This tour exceeded our expectations and left us with cherished memories.

Our guide Archie is an amazing source of knowledge on Santorini. We really appreciated how he allowed us to move at our own pace considering we were traveling with a 1 year old. He gave us a lot of information along the way about the island and you could tell that he truly loved Santorini. He was able to point out key areas where our family was able to take nice photos. As a bonus he is also certified in wine and was able to lead our wine tasting.

When you see a tour with only 5 star reviews, you wonder how that is possible. Friends/families doing the rating. Not in this case. A well earned ranking and set of reviews.

We had the opportunity to tale this tour. 2 couples. From the start to the end it was first class. We were taken to all the top attractions by an excellent guide who was engaged and knowledgable. The level of care about mobility, to air conditioning to handling special requests was outstanding. We have nothing but praise for this tour. 5 stars plus for this tour.
