A real scam this pass. Do not take:
From one by going directly through the websites of each place concerned you will pay much cheaper tickets
Secondly, when you take the adult tickets it is noted: children are free but their passage will only be possible if the site is not full: as a result you take adult tickets for the children and when you disembark in Rome they do their surprised !
Of three, skip-the-line tickets are not. Therefore they are noted to arrive 15 minutes before time (we are careful we arrived 45 minutes before) except that there was a two-hour queue at the Vatican and our guided tour passed to us..pff under the nose . Well I suppose, because we are still in
the queue at the moment....

Terrible! First we didn't get to go to the Colliseum. The we walked over to get the tickets and all the way back to the Forum only to find out they have us child's tickets. So we had to walk BACK to get our "adult" tickets. No apology, NOTHING! Wasted half our day!

This is an unethical offering that takes advantage of how opaque and difficult it is to book the Colosseum and the Vatican Museums from abroad as an independent traveler. Someone please help travelers figure out how they can book these tickets in advance without predatory companies like Touristation!

We paid $270 for two adults and two kids (5&9) to secure a skip-the-line ticket for the Colosseum at 9:30 am, to be followed the next day by the Vatican Museum (that time was left vague, which should have been a red flag.) Because of the kids, we wanted to see these places at our own pace instead of with a guided tour.

The night before the tour, we received a Whatsapp message that the reserved Colosseum time was not available. We would need to go to the Touristation offices near the Vatican and arrange that tour first. Then the next day we would go to the offices not very close to the Colosseum and arrange those tickets. It was a ridiculous waste of time and we ended up standing in 'Touristation' lines instead of lines at the sites.

In these offices I saw how many exhausted and enraged customers had been frustrated by this company.

Touristation also charged us for our children, who, it turns out, could have gone in free or at a vastly reduced rates at both places.

The Touristation employee who helped me shook her head apologetically and agreed when I said it was a scam - that we paid for them to facilitate "the reservation" because we were traveling independent of a tour group.

No signposting or info as to where to join the queue jumping group.
Ended up going to three different offices.
I could have purchased advance tickets directly through the Vatican museum website and it would have been quicker to get in - the queue jumping ticket was slower for access.
Confusing company - not likely to use again.

Do not book any entrances via this company in Rome! We were pretty ripped off at the touristation roma. We bought the roma pass via booking.com and it said that audio guides were included. In the end all the ticket offices told us that they were not and we wouldn't get one, unless we had a reservation. It was quite frustrating, but we couldn't do anything about it.

We also booked castle St. Angelo via touristation and had to pay 23€ per person. When we finally got our ticket, they said 13€. So because of the huge difference, we asked at touristation why we had to pay nearly double the price for the ticket. They became really impolite and a bit aggressive and just told us that this is normal and we shouldn't complain.

The employees reacted completely unprofessionally. And 10€ is not a usual provision for providing a ticket of such small amounts. We considered that one to two € would be added, but this was shocking.

Disgusting company. Bought tickets, no explanation how to use the ticket voucher, doesn’t explain how long it lasts, gives you a random address of a ticket collection place no where near the venues. Messages Viator and they didn’t bother replying. Booked the Vatican and it was closed when we got there. Applied for a refund and they said no. Absolute joke of a company. Won’t buy off this site ever again. I would say go to city pass as easy to use!
