It was amazing to see the opening ceremony of the Tower of London, definitely a highlight of the tour. The rest of the tour was good, but a little rushed and if you have time would suggest a longer option (if available). The radios didn’t work very well, so was difficult to hear at times, but our guide David was really great, kept us entertained and engaged throughout.

I scheduled this tour after a full day one was canceled. The Beefeater Ceremony at the Tower of London was very neat and so was the Tower of London (though I would've liked more time there). Unfortunately, that was the best part of the tour. The boat ride was just going on the Uber Water Taxi and the tour guide pointing out buildings behind other buildings. The tour worked well with my schedule, but was otherwise disappointing.

The information provided was interesting and not overwhelming. The tour guide, David, was engaging and try to interact with all participants including the children in the tour.
The only opportunity for improvement for the tour company is more time at the Tower of London. To clarify, this is was not the guide's fault. He was very good.

David was my tour guide did a wonderful job showing us around very thoughtful and helpful kept checking to make sure we were okay if we needed to sit down eat drink get out of rain even help us get back to where we needed to be

The Crown Jewels at the London Tower were stunning to look at .
We learned much about the history of this fortress , prison and area of execution.
River Thames cruise was lovely to see all the sites .
At Buckingham Palace we also saw the changing of guards
Great excursion
