1. Lisbon Cathedral
Visit the main and oldest catholic cathedral of Lisbon. It's construction started in 1147, where before, was the mosque of the city, previously controlled by the Moors. Next to Sé de Lisboa, you also can visit Santo António Church, and ask for luck in love issues.
2. Baixa, Rossio & Restauradores
Before going up and down the city hills on our electric tuk-tuk, see downtown Lisbon, with its large and geometrical streets, beautiful squares and the Santa Justa lift. It was totally rebuilt after the 1755's earthquake and is now part of the historic centre.
3. Miradouro de Santa Luzia
You will see breathtaking views at this place, located on a delightful terrace with blue tiles and amazing violet bougainvillaea. The Tagus River, the domes and roofs of Alfama will make your photos unforgettable.

6. Mosteiro de Sao Vicente de Fora
This impressively big monastery from 17th-century was built during the time Portugal had Spanish kings. Inside, you can appreciate beautiful tiles panels. The monastery also contains the royal pantheon of the Bragança monarchs of Portugal.
7. Panteao Nacional
The Church of Santa Engrácia is a 17th-century monument in Lisbon, Portugal. During 20th-century, it was converted by Salazar into the National Pantheon, in which important Portuguese personalities are buried. It is located on Alfama neighborhood, where the Flee Market (Feira da Ladra) takes place, every Tuesdays and Saturdays.
8. Alfama
Visit the oldest and most picturesque Lisbon's district, the birthplace of folk music Fado and a labyrinth of narrow streets, alleys and old houses, inhabited by an ancestral local community. Here you can try the famous and traditional liqueur made with sour cherry, Ginginha.
9. Bairro Alto, Bica & Cais do Sodre
Next to Chiado, Bairro Alto was the district frequented by artists, writers and journalists. Nowadays, alongside Pink Street, it's one of the most popular and bohemian nightlife areas, a place to eat, drink, meet people and have a lot of fun. You can also visit the viewpoint of São Pedro de Alcântara, before going to Príncipe Real.
10. Chiado & Carmo
Learn about the history and culture of one of the oldest capital cities in Europe, and be seduced at the same time by its modernity and trendy places. Our gentle and knowledgeable guide will also take you through the nobler and wealthy districts of Chiado, Bairro Alto and Príncipe Real. Here you will find one of the best places for shopping in Lisbon.
11. Praca Luis de Camoes
In this place, you will feel you are where everything important happens in Lisbon city. Praça Luís de Camões is a tribute to one of the major Portuguese poets ever, and a meeting point in the bohemian, cultural and shopping area of the city.

From 1882 to 2010 it was Mercado da Ribeira, a big market where people used to buy fresh food - from fish to vegetables. The last decade, it became one of the trendiest places in town to go for a drink or meal. In just one open space, you have a selection of dozens of restaurants, from Portuguese delicacies to international food.
13. 25 de Abril Bridge
Enjoy the ride along the Tagus River and the view of 25th April Bridge under the bridge, inaugurated in 1966. It is often compared to the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco (USA) because they are both suspension bridges of similar colour.
14. Torre de Belem
Appreciate this beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Site, built during the time Portugal became a big empire overseas. Belém Tower is a 16th-century fortification, that served both as a fortress and as a ceremonial gateway to Lisbon.
15. Padrao dos Descobrimentos
Located along the river where ships departed to explore and trade with India and the Orient, the monument celebrates the Portuguese Age of Discovery during the 15th and 16th centuries. It was built between November 1958 and January 1960 to celebrate the fifth centennial anniversary of the death of Infante Henry the Navigator.

Be amazed by the Manueline architecture style of Hieronymites Monastery, built next to an important harbour for the navigators during Portuguese Age of Discovery. The construction of the monastery and church began in 1501 and was completed 100 years later. Is was classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983.

In no other place in the world, you can try Pastéis de Belém. It's a trademark and the original custard tart, from which all others Pastéis de Nata derive from. Invented by the monks who lived in Hieronymites Monastery, custard tarts Pastéis de Belém are cooked in this pastry shop since 1837. With us, you skip the long line.

Arthur Moura was an exceptional guide! He was informative, knowledgeable and very congenial. He went out of his way to avoid bumpy areas on the cobble stones and rough areas of pavement. His commentary was very interesting, his english impeccable and loud enough to hear - without being too loud. Overall, our tour was a very pleasant, positive and educational experience. We would gladly engage Arthur again.

We were guided around Lisbon for 4 hours by a lovely lady called Silvia she was very knowledgeable and explained in great detail local history etc . She took us to some to some marvellous view points we would never have found on our own . Then to crown a great 4 hours we purchased some pastel de nata at the original bakery . They were wonderful .
Would highly recommend Silvia as your guide.

We were kept informed of our tour via texts prior to our arrival. We were picked up promptly at our hotel at the proper time. The tour guide, Miguel, did an amazing job!!! He took us everywhere we wanted to go. He knew so much history and made it interesting. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.
