The driver was great. He made the best of a crappy day. It rained the whole tour. The operator of the tour should have canceled and given or money back, or at least given the option. But no, we all had to endure the whole day getting rained on and I would like to get a return of my money.

The tour itself was okay. You are able to see a few nice spots, but I couldn’t get out of the car fast enough by the end of the tour. The guide would not stop bringing up politics. There were at least 6 instances where he would either talk about how “all the liberals are gonna take our guns” or “I can’t wait until Biden is gone in 2024” or “nobody wants to work anymore because of all these government handouts”.
I am on vacation. regardless of your stance, I want to get away from all this stuff, I don’t want the be preached to while I’m trying to enjoy the island. Domi, my guy, you gotta cool it on the politics.

This tour with Scott on Monday, October 9, 2023, was unbelievable! He is a living breathing encyclopedia! We have traveled all over the world and taken excursions everywhere but this tour ranks at the top as one of our very favorites! Scott presented so much information in such a manner that all of us in the van were mesmerized! He made the tour feel like we were traveling around the island with a friend. He definitely knows his stuff and also has the advantage of being married to a native Hawaiian. While attempting to take the main route (a 2 lane highway) on the tour we became locked in a stand still in a quagmire of horribly backed up traffic. Even Scott admitted that this was unusually bad! Well Scott made an executive decision and took us on an unplanned route. What a PLUS for all of us in the van!! This uncongested, least traveled route that we took offered stunning views of the ocean and the surrounding mountains. This drive was a great way to experience the true natural beauty of Kauai!! It was a gorgeous drive, and it was absolutely stunning! Thank you Scott for a tour that we will never forget! From Nancy, the gal that just had to walk into the ocean!!

Our tour guide was entertaining and shared some great stories and history about Kauai. The river tour was a lot of fun and we were entertained with singing and hula dancing. It was an awesome way to start our trip!

Great experience. Guide is passionate and knowledgeable. Enjoyed learning Hawaiian words. Less talk of politics would be appreciated.

The drive was long and windy.. The coach needed new shocks and the driver kept the coach extremely cold. The driver gave very little narration and very little historical information.

Our guide, Domi was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and was willing to share that with us. We learned much about the history of this area. He sang songs to us and was always willing to take photos for us. He found a great little out of the way lunch place. It was excellent. Would highly recommend him to anyone interested.

This was an awesome way to experience so much of Kauai’s beauty and history. Just wish driver didn’t talk so much and share so much personal information. It cut into opportunities to just soak up the beauty all around.

This was an excellent tour of Kauai because we had the best guide, Domi!He was very kind, knowledgeable, and a great teacher! We were on the island with Princess Cruises, and I feel like we got a good overview of some beautiful places on this island. Would I have liked to spend more time on the beach? Sure! Was I happy to have a picnic lunch on the beach? Of course! It was a beautiful day! The flora and fauna that you see in the fern groto is spectacular. I love how Domi gave all the ladies a flower and explained the significance of wearing on each side. I also appreciated the advice of a long marriage/relationship. ? It was a very enjoyable day! What a Fun Excursion! Thanks to Domi, our driver! Domi is local Hawaiian and knew lots of fun stories, and where the hidden gems are. He took us to see a waterfall and gave us time to get out and take photos. Then to a very private beach for a picnic brunch, which was great since this was an early, 6:50 am tour after the Luau. The beach was beautiful and maybe 2 other people there! Domi played some Hawaiian songs on the Ukulele. There is a bathroom at the beach.
We learned many Hawaiian words and about the culture along the drive. Domi did a most excellent job with historical narration, stories and jokes! We has a quick shopping and bathroom stop after lunch. Then it was on to the river boat to go to the Fern Grotto. Another bathroom was at the boat dock.
The boat ride was exceptional! There was some Hawaiian musician and hula dancer. Beautiful scenery. We walked maybe 10 minutes on a paved slightly uphill path to the Fern Grotto. I’m an out-of-shape senior citizen and I made it easily. The musician and dancer did the Hawaiian Wedding Song so beautifully. Walking out we took lots of photos, saw tons of exotic flowers a waterfall and stream! Loved this tour! Thanks for sharing the day with us Domi!
