Best of Cape Town Full-Day Private Tour with Table Mountain

Danson was an amazing tour guide, providing us with changes to the schedule to the peak tourism time meaning longer wait times. We were in constant contact through WhatsApp when necessary if we needed longer or shorter times allowing us to customize our tour.

His knowledge of the area and its history was incredible, he almost didn’t stop talking he was explaining so much!

The car was clean and he kept it clean by washing the windows each time we stopped to ensure we had clear views for picture taking and generally seeing everything.

His commitment to getting us the money shot was great.

Highly recommend the tour and if you get Danson tell him I said hello!

My family and I visited Cape Town for the first time and decided to take this tour. Morne was our guide and he was very punctual, picking us up on the dot at 8 and taking us to a few selected spots along the way. We reached the national park (to the cape of good hope) early and skipped all the traffic which we saw on the way out. The traffic into the park was crazy about an hour or so wait so we were happy to have missed that!
We then went to boulders beach to see the penguins which was also a long line but he somehow got us through so we didn’t have to wait an hour.
After viewing the penguins we went to have some lunch at a great seafood place with a lovely view of a harbor in Simon town.
Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great so table mountain was closed and we couldn’t do the cable car but he still took us there to have a look around.
At some point on the way, Morne noticed my sons eczema and helped us find this amazing aloe Vera gel which helped soothe it, we are home now and still thanking him for introducing us to the gel!
Overall, we had a really lovely trip!

We traveled with tour guide Mark in his personal car. He could not have been more gracious and thoughtful, saving us time, steps, and effort while educating us on his beautiful city. Even so, he met us at 8 am, promptly, was still ushering us to sights at 5:30 pm when we finally begged him to go home to his family.

We saw everything between the Waterfront and Cape Point. This is an amazing value and positively the best way to experience Cape Town and its environs. You cannot imagine the awesome majesty to be found and Mark looked out for us like family. Do not hesitate to book this tour!

We went on the trip today and from start to finish our tour guide Reagan Kuba he was fantastic very informative and answered any questions we had. The day was chill and enjoyable I would highly recommend.

Such and amazing day.

Great tour, managed to fit a lot into one day. Pedro, the tour guide / driver, was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful and adapted the tour times to make sure we were able to see everything in the right conditions

Our guide Alex was terrific! Provided wonderful mix of natural and cultural history information for us and was very flexible in accommodating our interests and discovery distractions. The day spent on the Western Cape together was memorable and special.

One recommendation is to provide day before excursion communication directly with the guide - we reached out to Beyond Africa Safaris thru Viator app with a specific question and no one got back to us.

To start the tour, our extremely knowledgeable and pleasant guide, Reagan Kuba, picked us up at the hotel…then we were wisked off to an aerial cable car ride to the top of table mountain. The day could not have been nicer and the small group was a pleasant one. The panoramas of the city of Cape Town , the mountains and the Atlantic were spectacular. Reagan was there every step of the way to explain the process of the cable car trip, the area and checked to make certain everyone was comfortable and answered any questions we might have had ! From table mountain we moved down the coast, all the while Reagan was giving us interesting information about the area, geology, flora, fauna, history etc…We stopped at the Boulders Beach penguin preserve…had a lovely lunch in Simons town overlooking the harbor…from there we were moved to the Cape of good hope, then Cape Point…last stop was the Bo-Kaap area of Cape Town… During the day we saw penguins, ostrich and baboons during the course of the travels…We had a day that Reagan said would exhaust us, but leave us happy ! And you know what ? He was right ! An amazing day full of memories ! 5 stars and a special thanks to Reagan Kuba for his incredible ability to entertain and educate as well as for his sterling personality !

Morne, our tour guide, was very solicitous along the trip. He explained many curiosities and was helpful to anyone who wanted to learn more.
The fee expenses are not included (this is already known, but just remind it)
The restaurant where we stopped for lunch was OK. It was packed and popular and a nice terrace but the food was just OK.
The trip is a quick way to see the Cape of hope and all its surroundings and beautiful landscapes.
