Great experience! Haleakala offered once-in-a-lifetime views. Roads were new or well maintained. Good equipment including bikes with effective brakes and safety gear were provided. Windbreakers, small backpack and gloves offered for comfort and convenience was a nice bonus. Tour group is organized with great instruction which definitely inspired confidence. Paia was a great little town for shopping and lunch after the tour, as well. Would highly recommend!

the company was nice and professional and our guide was great, however the bike tour was way overpriced and not very fun.

The guide and others we interacted with were very nice and informative. The ride itself was unfulfilling. We were moving so fast down the volcano. No time or place to take pictures.

Great tour! Beautiful weather, bike shop was easy to find. Good parking. Our group was full, but not too big. Our guide Rocco was fun, informative, and set a really comfortable tone for the group. The bike ride itself was very easy, beautiful views! And fortunately by going later in the morning there was very minimal traffic! Would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone going to Maui! A great way to see a little more of the island and have a fun new experience!

We had a wonderful time biking down Haleakala with Maui Sunriders! We visit Maui each year, and this was our 3rd year in a row doing this ride with Maui Sunriders. They are very organized, and such a fun group of guys. The ride is super fun and something we look forward to yearly!

Rennie, our guide was fantastic, very informative very appreciative of the tip. If I had more than $50 I would’ve given it to him. He made sure that we were safe and relentlessly made us understand how you break coming downhill. I did this because my wife wanted to do it, and I ended up falling in love with it.
