only malek was nice all other staff very rude, short and passive aggressive.
very bad safety measures on zip lines, I have never seen such bases and lack of safety. Terrible equipment - very rude and bad service from the main guide,(short guy) so rude and condescending when asking about why we were waiting for an hour after we got there. The wait was half the time spend there to both leave and to start. The facilities were filthy and disgusting.
Not worth your money, so many better operators out there that will give you good service and a more fun experience. The cenote was the most boring one I’ve seen with no information about it given. Better off doing xplore. Avoid this place like the plague, worst day of our honeymoon.!!!

The cenote was the best part! “Baby Shark” was the best ever. He interacted with us and was not rude nor aggressive.

The staff at the park are super friendly and helpful. Options to pay for extra activities like horse riding. The hotel pick-up was running late and not the most comfortable ride, but overall a good experience.

We had a great time! The day was packed with adventures and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had THE BEST experience! They even take professional photos whilst you are completing the activities which can be purchased! We will 100% be returning when we have our next trip to Mexico. Thank you again to all of the staff! The communication was brilliant and the travel to and from the experience was hassle free and overall a lovely experience.

Amazing day! Fantastic experience. We went horse riding, rode the ATV’s, went swimming in the cenotes and completed the zip lines. We had so much fun would definitely recommend!
We had fajitas for lunch and the food was incredible! 10/10!

The ATV’s and the zip lining cause i never did neither in my entire life so it was extremely fun trying new things,also everyone of the worker’s were very friendly and nice I’m recommending everyone to visit this place❤️

The registration took a while when you arrive to location but tour was good. If you are traveling from Tulum it is an hour
First we start with ATV, they make you leave your phone and if they see you with your phone they will try to tell you to go put to up. Guided ATV for beginners, if you are looking for a more advanced ATV tour this is not the one for you. Second was at ZIPLINE, third was Cenote and the meal after! Make sure you are standing outside for communication in the morning where ever they tell you. They are on time.

The entire experience was amazing!! The tour guide, customer service rep, the food, everything was enjoyable! We were able to upgrade to two ATVs versus a shared one with no problems. I’d definitely recommend.
