Had an amazing time, the views and snow were magical to see. However the bus ride wasn't too pleasant as we were told to dress really warm as we were going to snow and -5°c, the bus driver had the heater on for most of the journey there and it was very stuffy and uncomfortable. Most people were needing to take off most of their layers so they didn’t feel sick on the bus. Another let down was only having 45 minutes in St Moritz when the tour stated 90 minutes. Definitely worth the time so long as your bus driver isn’t as rude as ours was.

Stunning scenery, but was disappointed as in the description it states 1 hour and 30 mins in St Moritz when in actual fact we were only there for 45 mins !
Our driver Stefano was very rude just prior to our drive back home ,we boarded the bus sat down then Stefano came over to us a proceeded to tell us off for leaving empty drink cups in the back of the seat , which were not ours as in the morning when the bus left we were sitting towards the back of the bus but in our way home we sat towards the front of the bus , so clearly whoever was sitting there in the morning left their rubbish there !
Stefano you should find your manners !!

Barbara was a wonderful tour guide. We did a private tour and she was very informative about the areas we toured. The views are unforgettable and we have absolutely no regrets booking this tour. I highly recommend it. I am positive the group tour would be just as nice. We are appreciative of the time we shared with Barbara and seeing the views in Switzerland and the Alps!

I cannot express how amazing this tour was. Having come all the way from Australia, my group of 8 weren’t sure what to expect. This tour exceeded any and all of our ideas and even the hardest-to-please travellers among us said it was one of the best things they had done in their life. The scenery is incredible, the tour is well-organised and stress-free, and our guide Alejandro & bus driver Claudio could not be faulted. If you are tossing up booking this tour then absolutely do it- you won’t regret it!

The voucher meeting point and the email
Meeting point was conflicting but on the day itself the tour guide sent a map to indicate the precise meeting point. (Bus is waiting at the corner of the hotel)Barbara the guide was very good and highly recommended. Lots of info but not too much info along the way. The trip is a bucket list trip as it passed the Swiss alps on a historical train route recognised by unesco as a world heritage site.

Beautiful tour. My only advice to travelers it is “Buy the first class tickets”. In the second class the train stops on every station and more people got on board. I lose my seat while taking pictures. It was no problem because she was on ladie in elderly age. But in 1st class must be more comfortable.

The trip was awesome. I would definitely do this again. Very glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews. Clearly they are super hard to please. We had plenty of time for food on our rest breaks. El hassandra "might have spelled his name wrong" was awesome. Made sure everyone was accounted for and gave clear information. We werent crammed into any bus. It was a big normal bus and comfortable. Lastly the view, definitely in a Class of its own. Just a great trip.

It was a wonderful experience with a special guide LINA.Liike she said it is an excursion therapeutically. The weather was perfect. St.Moritz was beautiful as pictures. I recommend to bring some snack with you. once you get to St.moritz, it is very crowded to buy or to eat something. Left side on the bus and right side in the train although both sides are beautiful. Unforgettable trip! A massive thanks to Alejandro and Claude for an incredible trip that we will remember forever! We were treated to an informative and insightful trip, and given ample time to explore the little town of St Moritz before our train ride on the Bernina Express. The train trip with the most amazing views. A must see while traveling to Italy as a day trip from Milan.
